I understand Kon Tum doesn't see many tourists but the level of cleanliness was quite bad. The entrance lobby where breakfast was served was particularly unpleasant. A glass shelf above the door had at least an inch of dust and several dead moths/ butterflies . The table where I sat for breakfast was swarming with ants that I had to clean myself. Stairways had cigarette butts scattered about. A good clean and a lick of paint would make the world of difference.

The staff are very nice and the included breakfast was quite good. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled quite bad and the rooms can be very loud if there are noisy guests in the hallway.... unfortunately that was the case when I stayed. Pretty good value overall though.

$11 for one night & breakfast. Couldn’t complain.. A/C is very louder and it’s hard to sleep.. bed is comfortable, heard next door speaking. But ok for one or two nights.
