I got a room without windows, So I informed the staff, immediately in no time they arranged me a big room with window . Staff clean the room and floor each morning. But it’s nearly 15 years old hotel you cannot expect much amenities

Hôtel sans aucun service, tout est facturable et a fort prix (eau, petit déjeuner etc) Éviter les chambres a l'avant car le bruit de la rue est infermal. Beaucoup de bruit de l'intérieur aussi car les portes ferment mal. Lit inconfortable.

Rất tệ là điều mà tôi muốn nói về ks này. Trang agoda ghi nhận giờ trả phòng là hết ngày nhưng họ tính là 12h trưa. Thuê xe thì hứa có đúng giờ và loại xe theo yêu cầu, nhưng khi giao xe thì không đúng loại xe, và xe không còn xăng. Lễ tân không giải thích hay hướng dẫn gì về việc nhận trả phòng, nước suối trong phòng là tính phí hết. Thật sự là quá tệ, không nên ghé lại đây.

Mình đặt phòng 900k/đêm 3 người lớn 1 trẻ em. Mà chất lượng phòng quá tệ. Ko có nổi cái máy sấy, tủ lạnh thì còn đồ cả khách trước nham nhở.
