cheap price cheap service and terrible attitude”
i was amazed by the price n location this hostel offer.when i arrived i realise why.the staff is so cold shoulder. Their page said they're welcome to answer directions.but the receptionist is so not wanna be bothered. he is so not willing to help in every way.this is not the kind of service i expected in Japan.for all the places i been to, this is so far the worst experience i have.even the cheapest Chinese hostel can do better than that,not to metion their attitudes.it turned out the receptionist is a Chinese guy and he's pretend to be Japanese speak English. But their website put language Chinese in the front page as a advantage!!! i don't know what kind of hostel i walk into...i am so shocked.so tried of asking for help with no response，not to metion his attitude——cold.I an't living in a 5-star hotel but a place doesn't even willing to answer their customers is so uncomfortable. I learned to not to talk to their staff for the time been.i didn't even have a chance to asking for a bik

Great Place”
This hostel is the best deal you can get in Osaka, for all of you who have the JR Pass, this hostel is surprisingly near to the JR Station (Tamatsukuri Osaka-Kanjo Line), less than a minute walk from the station. The place is clean and has nice showers and toilets, it also has a lounge with microwave, water dispenser and refrigerator. You are allowed to rent a bike too. There are also 7-Eleven, 100 Yen Store, and Kinsho Supermarket nearby. I stayed for 2 nights in the private room with tatami for 2 people, in the 5th floor but don't worry because they have an elevator to help you bring your big luggage to your room. I think the place is still new but it's really clean and good.

This hotel is simply amazing!!”
The owner of the hotel is a very relaxed and friendly guy. I even messed up a rebook once and he was very thoughtful and didnt charge any extra. The hostel is very essential it offers practically everything you basically need. All the rooms both sanitary as lounge and bed were spot on clean. They serve a policy that you take your shoes of at the entrance and reside throughout the hostel on slippers which are cleaned regularly. This prevent smelly shoes in the dormitries!! ++ The staff is altogether super friendly. The other receptionist is this super amazing girl who speaks better english than she thinks and is just so helpful and open! On top of that they even have bicycles you can borrow for free! What place does that, no place right? :O You should definitly go here if you like to be in a more relaxed part of osaka and because its a super chill place. I initially planned to stay here only for 3 days, but altogether i ended up staying over 1.5 week. :P

Great value for money, great location!”
Pro: The hostel was super near to Tamatsukuri station and with convenient stores and restaurants around. The room was very spacious and comfortable (one of the most spacious hostel we ever stayed) and the whole place is very new as well. Staffs are friendly. Cons: the sound proof isn’t that good as we can hear noises from the room beside or people walking outside. But it wasn’t too bad after all so long the hostel emphasize more on no making noises rules for all tenants at night.

Budget-friendly yet good”
The hostel is located really close to the train station. The beds are good and ergonomic. The host is nice and helpful. The very little disappointment I had is that the automatic bidet was not working, but ask me if I will stay here again - the answer is definitely Yes.

Very good location as it is located right after you exit Tamatsukuri station. Hostel is very clean as well. Good choice for travelers since they basically have everything you would need.

Very good location”
Very near to the metro station, but its a bit inconvenient there is only shower room at the first floor, and no toilet for women on the mix dorm floor. The ventilation in the room is not so good as well. The facilities is very clean and the pillow and bed is really comfortable, I wish there can be hanger as well.

駅前です。ホステルの前は商店街です。”
駅前、商店街、近くになんでもありのホステルです。しかも大阪の下町なので、なんでも安いです。王将，マクドナルドもすぐあります。JR環状線の天王寺，新今宮、鶴橋までもすぐですし、地下鉄に乗れば，心斎橋も10分ぐらいで着きます。とりあえず便利な場所ではあります。のんびり延泊したい人にはオススメです。欠点らしきところないですが、シャワーは仕切りはカーテンです。貴重品はロッカー等に入れてから、シャワーに行く方が良いと思います。スタッフさんも優しいし、非常にオススメのホステルです。

駅から近い。 料理屋さん沢山すぐ目の前に有ります。 明るい綺麗清潔とても良い。 不便を感じたのは、外から玄関先までが階段だった。１階→直進２階へ ２階〜４階はエレベーター有りました。 泊まるならココが良かった。

３階のＭＩＸ３２ベッドに泊まりましたが、隣のベッドとの境は方側の上部がカーテンになっている。当日の客は８人位だったが、なぜか皆カーテン越しに隣り合わせになるようにアレンジされていた。まるでダブルベッドに２人で寝ているような気分で、間隔を開けて配慮してくれないのが残念。ベッドの室内は１５０ｃｍととても広くて、駅から１分ととても良かったのですが。

想像以上に快適でした”
とあるイベントに参加で、ホテルに帰るのも遅いし、シャワーと寝られればOKだったので はじめてドミトリーホテルというものを利用してみました。想像以上に快適でした。 共同スペースの使い方や、マナーはどうなのか？と、心配でしたが、 宿泊させて頂いたところほぼ、気になりませんでした。 バスタオル無料レンタルできるのも、荷物軽減できます。 貴重品用の鍵付き個人ロッカーも部屋のすぐ外にあります。 受付従業員の方の対応、大変親切でしたので、安心して利用できました。 次の日台風により新幹線が運休になり、急遽当日に延泊申込できたのも大変助かりました。 また利用させて頂きます。 ちなみに、上下左右の荷造の物音や、目覚まし時計の音がバンバン聞こえるので 「疲れて寝るだけだから気にしない！」と、いう方にお勧め。 ＜気になった点＞ 女性用シャワー室の個室は5個ありましたが、2つ壊れていました。 5分ほど待ち時間あり。それほど気になりませんでしたが、早めの修理をお願いします。

2回目の宿泊”
おすすめしたいけど、満室になるのでオススメしたくないホステルです笑 前回は6月にイベントのため初めて宿泊しました。 あまり1人で宿泊することが得意ではないのですが、ここは1人でも安心して宿泊できます。 食事はベッドルームは当然禁止です。 ラウンジに1人で過ごしていてもリラックス出来ます。いつの間にかかなり時間が過ぎていました笑 ※他人のいびきなど我慢が出来ない方はホステルは利用されない方がいいです。 設備ですが、少し変更していました。 タオルは大きいタオルが1枚無料で借りれます。 スリッパも無料で使用出来ます。 混雑時は、自分が使用していたスリッパが誰かに履かれて全て無くて困ってしまいました;ㅁ; 駅からかなり近いです。改札から1分もかからない。 店もたくさんあります。 5分圏内にコンビニ、薬局もあります。薬局内に100均あります。 改札に続く階段が左右出口にありますが、スーパー、セブンイレブン(24時間ではないです)がある出口があるので買い出しも近場で終われるので、ホステルでゆっくり過ごすことが出来ます。 スーパーは土日は平日より早く閉店します。 反対側の出口は今は改装中ですが、セブンイレブンが出来ます。(7月中に開店) 改良点があるとすれば、トイレのサニタリーボックスを大きくして欲しい… ラウンジのごみの回収回数を増やして頂きたいです。 スタッフさん私のわがままを聞いてくださり、ご迷惑をお掛けしましたm(*_ _)m 嫌な顔せず対応して頂いて助かりました。 ありがとうございます。お世話になりました。
