It's my first time to stay at Hop Inn and I would definitely book here again especially during KPop concerts. With its proximity that is just a walking distance from MOA arena, friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, sheets and restroom you, closeness to convenience stores and starbucks, you will definitely get your money's worth. Although they don't provide you with toothbrush and toothpaste, they surprised me with the hair blow dryer which is very important to me. And lastly, the neighborhood is chic and peaceful.

I actually booked here because of the concert at MOA Arena that I'm going to attend and it's a perfect location. If you're an athletic person, it is just 20-30 mins. walk from its location up to the venue. The room is clean and hot water is working great. There's also blower in the bathroom, cable TV, and wifi internet. Parking is also free but it's first come first serve. Will definitely going to stay here again. Thank you.

booked the place for easier prep time for an event held in SMX. the place is clean, parking is available, easy access to restaurants, coffeeshops. the only thing not good is the wifi connection and cellular network connection. all else is OK

tucked away from the busy area of MOA, Hop Inn serves as an easy-go / easy-out hotel for short stays in Manila. Its easy to get a cab and it is a short drive to MOA, Makati / Greenbelt, Okada, and City of Dreams. There is a 7/11 store next door and Starbucks around the corner. I am a repeat guest for the past 4 years. The hotel has maintained its standard of cleanliness over the years of the reception, lobby area, and rooms. All of the staff are friendly and courteous.

Location: 10/10 because it has 7eleven on GF. The Ayala malls is walking distance, nearby starbucks and close to airport via skyway. Staffs: very kind and helpful! From Guards, to room cleaner and reception. Very polite, friendly and attentive. Room: clean and affordable, new! My favorite place to stay!

Clean & Satanized Rooms, Safe Area for first time travellers, Most likely Chinese Business around. Walking distance to Mall of Asia and in between Ayala Malls and lots of chinese restaurants and shops. Near starbucks and with Open 24Hrs 7/11. no noise proof and no gym or pools. Just a short period traveller's stay. Allowed late checkout with charge and online food delivery. visitors Allowed to receive at lobby. near terminal 1 for international flights with easy taxi request from guard. Showers with warm and cool but no bathtub. Window outside building view, cable tv with excellent free wifi.

We stayed last June 29-30 with my family and we were definitely satisfied guests. It was our first time with Hop Inn and we loved the experience. From the entrance, the guard was polite and accommodating. The hotel staff, Mr. Rolly (I think) who checked us in knows his job so well and very polite also. He told us all the details that we have to know. The hotel rooms were very neat and tidy, very relaxing. My kids were happy. There's fast wifi connection too. The area itself was superb. Everything's near so you can just walk around safely. Overall the experience was great. And we already did recommend Hop Inn Aseana to our friends and family. Thanks. And we will see you soon.

Staff are friendly. Would like to have phone in the room. Maybe an Ice dispenser in the lobby. Price is reasonable knowing it is in the commercial area. My room view is the building construction side, not so thrilled about that. I should have requested a nice view when I checked in. I booked a less expensive room so i was thinking that coffee maker and fridge is not included. Would love an extra pillow. But overall, place Is clean, organized and sanitized. Safety is a must so I give 👍 to that. Thank you and see you next time.

I will certainly I will return to this place especially that it's location is perfect in the heart of Aseana city where the malls and other beautiful places are walking distance, not to mention the awesome view in my window. The room is very clean. Staff are nice, check in was fast as well. One thing that got my attention is that there is no telephone in the room. What if there is an emergency, and cellphone is not connected with the wifi?? Please put telephones in the rooms as it is mandatory in hotels in case there is an emergency, and if guests are elders who dont usually use viber.

I stayed at two different Hop Inn Hotels for the duration of the trip, and everytime I leave, I am very impressed with their service. The hotel security observes standard health protocols such as temperature check, and they assist us with our luggage as we enter and exit the hotel. The front desk staff are very friendly and approachable. What I am most impressed is that Hop Inn Hotels always have a 7 Eleven right beside the hotel, so it’s very convenient whenever you feel like grabbing a snack or a cup of coffee. Our stay here was for the board exam of my sister. The facility is so nice, the room is so clean, the bed is sooooo comfy, the staffs are also kind. Another plus is it has 7/11 just right next to the entrance and has Starbucks near the hotel itself.

Great hotel near MOA ARENA for concert goers”
booked here for the Itzy concert and it was a 10-15 minute walk from the arena! Booked a room because i know booking a grab or looking for a ride will be difficult and i'll have no energy left after the concert. Walked back to the hotel after the concert and was able to enjoy a hotpot along the way. You'll be walking by a lot of chinese and hotpot restaurants when you walk from moa arena to the hotel so that was nice

Location is very good. It's very near to SM Mall of Asia which was really convenient for us since our stay is because of a concert at SM Arena. Pleasing and accommodating staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Just hope they'll have bigger rooms for families. Also, it would be a lot nicer if they would have complete toiletries. They didn't have any toothpaste or soap. Though there was a shampoo dispenser...not sure though if it's shampoo or body wash that's in it. Over all, we had a very nice stay and will probably stay at the same hotel next time we visit Manila.

Clean, no fuss room”
We booked this hotel because it was near SMDC open grounds where a concert we watched was held, its a 5 minute walk and you're there. You can also go to SM Mall of Asia by foot, around 10mins. The roads in Aseana City are clean and they have nice pavements so walking is not an issue unless its midday then pls wear sunscreen and bring your umbrella. 711 is also available in the building just beside the entrance so no worries if you forgot to bring your comb like me. The room is very clean, has a comfy bed but you only get 2 pillows so if you're a couple, just cuddle with each other. They also have a desk if you are working but the wifi is not strong, our mobile data did not work too in the 12th floor. Maybe because of the concert and a lot of people are using mobile data but the next day it was working but still not fast enough if you're a business traveller. They have a safe in case you need it. No slippers and bathrobes but towels are provided. The restroom was also nice, no shampoo conditioner so bring your own. They have liquid soap in the shower though and of course tissue. I got this room for around $40 and it served its purpose, the hotel was newly built and clean and comfy. Its a win for me!
