Not too bad, and may not worth money comparing to neighborhood boutique hotels in the area. The room construction is coarse, not as neat as one Hop-In in Khon Kaen I used to stay. Bathroom ceiling sewage is broken. Construction noise is heard from nearby room. Elevator is going on maintainance while the guest is using. Hide-in the alley with small sign which may difficult to hop-in this Hop-In.

New brand hotel”
I booked this hotel for 2 rooms for 2 nights. The hotel is new and clean. There is free coffee/tea in the lobby. I got my rooms on the first floor of the hotel but I couldn't sleep well for a night due to very lound noise of some terrible guests wating and playing in front of the elevator around 2 am without any staff stopping them. It's such a nightmare ever. I was trying to call the reception in that time but no one picked up the phone. The location is quite far from the city center if you don't have your own car, forget about staying in this hotel because there is no public transportation passing by. Other than those points,this hotel is quite nice , new and provide free and fast wifi.

Nice place to stay in Udon”
It's new and super clean. It's good for anyone travels by cars. It's not near the city center at all, but that's would not be a problem as long as you drive. For the cleanness, I will recommend this place for everyone. It's very clean and new. Bed is ok. (I don't feel like the bed here very much, not so comfortable.) Even though there is a pub near by, the sound is not so loud as I thought. If you have problems with noisy place, I will recommend you to require the room that doesn't face the pub. Over all this hotel is very good.

A first and a last”
After our stay in Mae Sot, which was very pleasant, we considered the Udon Thani property. We arrived late (advised them) and had problems in getting a parking lot and breakfast (not offered) is also challenging is the hotel is not in a dining area. Initially insisted on a passport but settled for my Thai driving license as latter was good enough to fly to Udon. Will opt for another property next time.

Very good”
Basic but very well done, very clean and still quite new. Stayed several times and always good. Location means own transport is needed, or tuk tuk. No bar or restaurant but microwave meals are available (and microwave!). Next door is 'U Tube' bar/restaurant, with a young crowd and open till late. If you like to stay in a 'thai style' place , and thai style area, not overrun with other tourists (!), and you don't mind the somewhat out of town location, I recommend it.

Comfort Hotel for Drivers”
staffs was friendly but not so helpful or contact with guest, they keep watching TV instead of give useful informations to guest or asking how they are. The hotel is nice and new with car park. I think it's good for people who have car or motorbike as it's not near the main road and could be difficult to get tuk-tuk or taxi.. only by call. The hotel is just a few minutes drive to Nong-Pra-Jak Park. it's nice for morning or evening jog or walk.

Noisy from other guest and Poor Sound protection ”
Bad experience from other guest who come from neighbor country got drunk and start very lounldy noisy from room 502 at mid night to 4am. Even My room are 6th floor it still very loundly.Call to reception but they can not stop them.Sound protection under the door are very poor and need to be improve.Lighting in the room (bed light)are too bright for sleeping room.
