A Lovely hotel, good location
Room
Hope Land executive residence, is away from the hussle and bussle of Asok and Nana, at the bottom end of sukhumvit road, although you get the same amount of traffic, you are able to walk on the pavements, without being hassled to buy stuff. A skytrain station is less than 5 minutes walk away, to take you all over bangkok. The hotel is spotlessly clean as you enter the foyer, and the room we had was really great, nice and clean, more like a small flat, a small kitchen if you wanted to do any quick snacks, a small rest area, and a good bed, bathroom was of a good size, plenty of hot water. The resturant was on the 3rd floor, very good selection of everything, and eggs cooked on demand, any way you want, cannot fault the place .

A very nice place !
Quite, nice and cosy !
Nice place to stay, very quite. Big room with everything you need to stay for a while. Close to the skytrain. A good place to stay even if you're a bit far from downtown. I spend a good week even if I didn't go to the pool.

clean, nice and quiet
Nice architectural details like built-ins, crown molding, bright colors, close to sky train system that can take you major shopping centers like siam and mbk,too far from downtown to see wata run, national museum, the river
Good price for the money, nice, cozy, great swimming pool and sauna with steam room, however with one Japanese restaurant on site and one coffee shop across the street, with some street stalls around, not much to see within walking distance but close enough to sky train to get around, like 30 baht can take you to Siam shopping center within 5 minutes, 3-4 stops and you can get to 4 th floor food court that will take your breath away! And no solicitors or dirty busy stalls with clothes around like around Baiyoke suit hotel. If you want to stay in the heart of Bangkok and in the middle of hassle and bustle recommend Shangri-La hotel!

The hotel staff is very friendly. The location is great as it took me less than 4 minutes to reach the BTS sky train. What's not so good is limited TV channels, only one restaurant...( Japanese) and noisy housekeeping , as they communicate with walky talkies .

Clean hotel with friendly staff
The staff were friendly and the hotel felt smart and clean.
This was a pleasant place, clean comfortable rooms surrounding a pleasant pool and sunbathing area. It felt very much like a business hotel, clean and neat but almost sterile. There was good security - lifts only worked when you entered your key card and security cameras watched every corridor. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is close to the skytrain but there is nothing around it - no restaurants or shops that appeared at all inviting - mainly it was motorbike repair shops and the like. The restaurant in the hotel was closed on lunchtimes and on Sunday evening meaning that a trip out by taxi or sky train was necessary to eat. On the negative side, they forgot my alarm call and didn't apologise, simply asked me who had taken the request. And my room had a hole cut into the plaster board from which protuded around 10 wires - about a foot from the ground. This didn't seem safe.

Enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate staying again. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great for easy access to transport.

service with smile and great location
very good english speaker, nice lobby with quite good wifi
nice hotel, lobby big and clean, free coffee n tea self service, and computers provide for guests with free of charges, convenient location nearby mrt with less than 3minutes distance and one small local cafe next to hotel with cheap price of food but nice and delicious, one english people work for this hotel, no problem for english, but very big problem for take a quite long time to waiting room keys after submit all documents for check-in, i spent more than 30minutes only for waiting the room keys, same as america, if you complain, they may upgrade your room, haha anyhow, wait too long, but overall the comment is (((nice and acceptable)))
