Strategic location, next to the regional hospital, friendly staff, my room was upgraded to the one at the end so I got an outdoor balcony area that could connect to the room in front of it. The room was clean. However, because I booked 3 rooms, 1 room was separated on a different floor... The restaurant had a fairly complete selection of food for breakfast. However, the buffet menu had some heavy items like tuna in coconut milk? I wanted something more Western like sausages, french fries, etc... hahaha... The swimming pool was quite dirty on the first day, but it was somewhat cleaner on the second day... maybe it had just been cleaned. Overall, it was comfortable and clean. My 5-year-old child was happy and kept asking when we could come back here :) The parking was okay.

Kami staycation di 2 kamar dengan anak balita di kamar yang satu dan manula di kamar lainnya. Pelayanan oke dan cepat, serba fleksibel, berusaha memenuhi keinginan tamu, fasilitas dan kegiatan anak banyak dan bervariatif. Indoor dan outdoor AC kebetulan bocor dan terkadang menetes deras secara tiba-tiba. Sempat basah terkena tetesan air tersebut dan sempat hampir terpeleset juga karena awalnya tidak mengetahui akan hal ini, kaget..., tiba-tiba terasa seperti ada hujan di dalam kamar. Untungnya bukan anak saya ataupun orang tua saya yang terkena air AC tersebut. Teknisi sudah 2x datang ke kamar untuk melakukan pengecekan dan perbaikan, namun sampai dengan kami check-out, kebocoran tetap terjadi, sehingga saya meletakkan 1 buah keset di area kebocoran tersebut. Wastafel agak mampet, aliran air kurang lancar masuk ke lubang pembuangannya. Remote TV tidak berfungsi dengan baik, sulit mencari channel/program TV yang akan ditonton, sulit untuk membesarkan volume. Sepertinya maaalahnya ada di battery remote TV yang sudah habis, namun Teknisi yang datang tidak mengetahui hal tersebut dan tidak mengganti battery remote TV nya. Jalan menuju hotel sangat crowded karena melewati pasar. Ditambah lagi ada jadwal buka-tutup jalan (one way). Pada hari pertama sebelum check-in, setelah turun dari toll, kami sempat tertahan kurang lebih 1 jam terbuang sia-sia waktunya. Pada hari ke-tiga, kami teringat akan jadwal one way yang sangat mengganggu rencana dan aktivitas. Seharusnya kami dapat check-out pada jam 1 siang, namun dengan sangat terpaksa kami harus check-out segera pada jam 10 pagi untuk menghindari terjebak dalam jadwal one way yang berlaku dan menghindari kemacetan yang tidak perlu. Terakhir, yang membuat kami kecewa, sangat banyak kami temukan binatang kecil di ranjang, di sofa, di jendela, di gorden, dan di lantai. Kami tidak mengetahui jenis binatang apa saja mereka, namun yang pasti mereka adalah serangga yang tidak bersahabat. Bentuknya seperti kumbang namun sangat kecil dan berwarna orange-hitam, ada pula binatang lain berwarna hitam dan bisa terbang, bila terkena gigitan binatang tersebut, akan muncul pembengkakan dan gatal-gatal di seluruh tubuh (seperti biduran). Sepulang dari staycation di hotel ini, Suami saya merasakan ketidaknyamanan di area bawah kepala kanan, leher hingga ke bagian punggung belakang. Hasil pemeriksaan Dokter Rumah Sakit pada tanggal 15 Mei 2024, diduga bahwa Suami saya terkena gigitan serangga yang belum diketahui jenis/nama serangganya apa. Saat ini Suami saya dalam penanganan dan perawatan Dokter Kulit. Apakah serangga yang berkeliaran di ranjang itu adalah tomcat? Berdasarkan semua hasil review tersebut di atas, kami merasa tidak ingin kembali lagi untuk staycation di hotel ini, karena liburan kami menjadi tidak nyaman dan tidak menyenangkan. But, thank you anyway untuk seluruh Staff yang bertugas, dan yang telah membantu kami selama kami menginap di hotel ini.

I came here during Christmas Eve for 2 nights. It was very heartwarming how the staff gave small gifts (christmas cookies) to each room (or to those who celebrated christmas only) during the christmas eve. The covid protocol also implemented nicely. All staff always wear gloves and masks, and they arrange breakfast shift to avoid crowd. Unfortunately during my 2nd night, the breakfast on the next morning were very crowded (8-9am), as if all guests were having breakfast at that time. I did not find any empty tables to eat, and they seemed understaffed too because of the crowd. They should’ve put more attention to this issue. Overall, it was a nice hotel, everything was clean, close to Vimala Hills and free from the odd-even and one-way regulation to Puncak area. The rooms have balconies but sadly no chairs for us to sit and enjoy the beautiful mountain view.
