Very dissapointed - Air cond doesn't work”
Air conditioner doesn't work properly, asking engineering to solve, but he said that only setting the dry mode. After we go for dinner, and came back with same condition. Very hot room, but we decided not to complaint because our baby slept already. Too hot make us can't sleep. No compensation at all. The staff only said that will talk to management.

Great value hotel perfect for business travellers”
I had a pleasantly wonderful stay at the hotel. The modern setting makes the hotel look clean and presentable. The staff knows English so they are able to cater to your needs. When I visited Palembang, the city was experiencing bad haze. The hotel staff even had face masks ready for guests use. This sort of service is commendable. When I travel, sometimes I don't have time to eat out. Room service is therefore important to me! Try the Nasi Bakar or baked rice. It is a delicious local cuisine. Other items in the menu were also good such as Soto Ayam and Ayam Butter. Again due to haze, going outdoors is a hazard to ones health. However due to the very comfortable room I did not mind at all staying in. I recommend anyone who wants to visit Palembang to stay at this hotel.

New Hotel”
Conveniently located near Palembang business district, the hotel is still renovating but it opens for customer from July or August 2014 (if I’m not mistaken). Araund 30 minutes drive from the airport and resides near the Musi River (ask for airport pick-up if you need it). I guess the hotel will be designed for business traveler. The room Room size is huge, equipped with individual aircondition, modern design, well lit too. Flat-screen TV, refrigerator and individual deposit box available in every room. The room itself is clean and the air is fresh (I stayed at non-smoking floor). The modern design bathroom is quite small though but its well lit with complete bathroom amenities, the hot and cold shower stall is excellent. There’s a faint smell of painting at the hotel room corridor and lobby, but it’s understandable since the hotel is still renovating here and there. I stayed at the top level and the room is quiet.

The location was in the middle of the city. But the hotel wasnt decorate completely because they just opened it. Compare to the other 4 star hotel, the room was very standard. But they served a great breakfast. And the staff performance was great, they always greed you whenever pass them by. Easy to park the car.

New hotel in the center of the city”
We stay at a group during our family year end vacation, we booked 3 rooms. The staff was really helpful to ensure that all 3 rooms are nearby on the same floor, they accommodate our endless request - not to mention there are 3 children in our group :p The hotel is new, so they still working on the finishing touch, but it does not impact the comfort of our stay in the hotel. The children love the swimming pool, and the breakfast menu is changed daily. They also have one traditional local menu in the breakfast buffet. For a city hotel (not a a five star hotel for sure), the hotel is recommended for all type of traveler; include a budget traveler.

No towel allow to use as a guest, but public who pay to enter the pool does. A staff just looked my two child shivered, and wet, and walked to room at a diferent floor. No information, when u want to swim, bring towels from a room. Soo i thougt, the pool facility more like a waterboom than a hotel facility at horizon palembang

I and my wife stayed at this hotel on Jul 18th, 2016 and had an excellent time. The staffs were great especially Ms. Nandha...They told us where to find thebest mpekmpek in town and other stuffs. Pros: hospitality, amneties,cleanliness were excellent. Cons: facility was standard - found: plastic spoon was not available (I ordered breakfast box for take away - by 5am without a spoon). - receptionist told next timewill be avail. ... :).
