Worst experience for the first time in Cairo”
Since first day, I checked in found bath tube totally closed. I reported to the front desk but unfortunately, until I checked out no body fixed because,simply no body cares. 😢 Also the phone was not working. Conclusion, the room was having so many problems and was not ready to be given to a guest. It should be prepaird well better before giving it to a guest who really suffered during his stay period. I had the worst experience in hotel's history. Thank you

Terrible hotel security at night.”
Few thing i need to get off my chest reception staff are very good and helpful, door security staff at hotel night entrance are absolutely terrible very thuggish/mafia like behaviour very intimidating every time I entered management needs to deal with this as it’s not acceptable, we are paying customers and need to be dealt with professionally at all time, rooms are bit old, shower and sink was broken but i was moved to different room straight away which was dealt with professionally by reception.

Rooms very old nothing in toilet seems to work, sink over flows shower broken toilet flush not working, complained to reception and it was dealt with professionally and changed room, second room was better but still had issue with sink, didn’t bother complaining a second time as i couldn't be bothered changing rooms again, door security at night is very bad and rude thuggish behaviour will not being staying here again because of security very unprofessional.

Horrible experience in the winter”
I was shocked with the room I received after paying more for a nile view room. There was no hot air conditioning because they have disabled it, the room was super outdated and there was a ton dust everywhere. The Tv didn’t work, no table or chairs in the room, the bathroom was scary from how old it is. There is no way I am staying here again.

Dissappointing facilities, but great staff”
We booked a standard room in the hotel but the room was very dirty and looked almost as a construction site. after complaining the receptionist gave us another room which wasn’t better. open electricity everywhere, bathtub dirty, the bed sheets had stains on it. so we were about to check out and just complain to agoda but the receptionist called Mahmut who gave us another room and took care that everything will be cleaned upon our check-in at 1:00am in the morning. thank you Mahmut! the windows and doors of the balconies are not isolated so it is pretty noisey although you close them. apart from that great view on zamalek, market and street food are just around the corner.

🤢🤢🤢 WELCOME TO THE DIRTIEST HOTEL IN THE WORLD🤢🤢🤢 ⚠️First off all i don’t know who gives the hotel 4 stars maybe he is blind when he gives this rating ⚠️. Let’s start 1- I changed my room 6 times , the reason dirty rooms or with broken AC. 2- The floor Corredor smells like dead rat , every where is dirty. 3- they don’t have any hygiene 0% even they know we have corona pandemic so we must be super hygiene. 4- Non experience with employers at all. 5- The Check in is took one hour and 30 minutes so i can get my key. 6- The rude house keeping lady Knock the door and when I open the door she entered the room immediately without asking me to the room so she can put air Perfume so she can get a tips and next day she entered my room and wake me up to ask me DO YOU WANT CLEAN YOU ROOM!!!! so cheap and unexpected what she did , even i listen to her in next room she tell her stuff to not put all the room things so she can come after the room used to give him by her self !! btw she is the (house keeping manager) 😂 7- Everything is rusty. 8- As they wrote that you get two free bottles of water they are lies. 9- Super noisy from the rood and the cars at the morning and in the night super noisy from the nightclubs the bass you will feel it in ur head and btw I am in 9th floor. 10- no room signs ( don’t disturb, clean my room) very very very very very very very very cheap hotel I don’t recommend it at all the maximum rate for this hotel is one star and the star only for the luggage guys that’s it , i don’t recommend this hotel at all . ❌❌❌❌RUN AWAY❌❌❌❌

Noisy though new”
I made 2 mistakes - booking 8 days for the hotel before I planned my itinerary cause went to aswan and luxor in between. And also paying more to be upgraded to the Nile view. Honestly nothing much to see and the balcony door couldnt open so didnt see anything. Pros - room is big and hotel was going thru some upgrades so it look pretty new. Bathroom was also big and spacious. Breakfast was really good too and staff were very helpful. Cons - They didnt clear my room when I left for aswan/cairo and the food was left there for 5 days. a new club opened on the 3rd floor and it opens till 4am! You can't sleep. Dont send stuff for laundry there, ended up almost missing my flight cause they wont pick up. Also the doorman will ask if ur keen for a guide. Thinking it's from the hotel so it's trusted but it's not. The guide was a rip-off, and the doorman prob pocketed some earnings from that. Just uber everywhere.

It was the worst stay ever! And I have stayed in so many hotels around the world”
First the maintenance is so bad, the bathroom door was broken whe I checked in, and they promised to fix it and till I checked out after 5 nights, they never fixed it. Also the ceiling was leaking inside the bathroom . The worst thing was the valet parking. They always delay the car and ask for money, specially one guy his name is Ahmed abdulbaset. Moreover they didn’t mention that the gym and swimming pool is under renovation. So all what u yet is a room in bad condition and annoying parking service. I’m the other hand there was nice staff working at the reception who was trying to help somehow . The WiFi is totally useless and whatever they say about that it will work, it will never work. And if you get city view, it means you will see only the garbage on the roofs of the buildings around and will not see even little part of the Nile
