View was great.
No car park allocated, 3 levels of stairs for bags! Ended up parking on grass and going through a side door. Wasn’t aware of this when booking.

Great location - easy walk into town and close to ski resorts. Great view of Lake Jindabyne. Everything we needed to self cater for our holiday.
Not soundproof - could hear upstairs neighbours walking around, using their clothes dryer and baby crying.

Comfortable bed and clean premises in great location.
Overall Rydges is outdated and needs a good spruce up in common areas - carpets, paint etc. The combined bathroom / laundry was functional, basic but dated. Supposedly there was an allocated carspace but could not find it so used visitor parking.

mouse, no top sheet for sofa bed as was meant to use doona cover, only 1 roll of toilet paper and no spare...for top dollar for only 3 nights fully serviced apartment toilet paper should have been provided.

location was fantastic and free parking was appreciated.
4pm check in is ridiculous in the middle of winter. I understand you use an external cleaning company. But when the property bathroom is dirty, balcony covered in cobwebs and leaves, dishes in the cupboard putrid (glasses needed to be re-washed), only one of the pull out sofa’s made up and the worst mattress ever slept on. Made me pretty mad. There were no towels for the pool and when we asked reception for a pool towel we were told they are only for guests! My kids wanted a swim at 5pm when we came off the mountain and they had to use their bath towels and then these were wet for their warm shower. Small winge but when you are paying this amount you expect a clean property, not a 4pm check in, enough towels etc etc.

It is in a great location right on lake jindabyne and within walking distance to town. It is a cosy little apartment with a fully stocked kitchen if you want to stay in and cook. The washer/dryer came in very handy with all our ski gear that needed sorting.
The shower was tiny (in a bath not a separate cubicle), the hot water in the kitchen sink didn't run hot. Not good value for money, basically a 2 person studio apartment but advertising as being able to sleep 4 (one king bed + a pullout couch). Would be incredibly cramped with this many people there.

Excellent view of the lake; easy access to walks. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and warm. Close convenience to the shopping centre and restaurants was a bonus.
Difficult finding the allocated parking space at night as they weren't chronological. A small cake of soap for the bathroom would have also been useful. Also a tea towel to dry plates in the kitchen.

Perfect Location, disappointing in the little things”

Location was amazing! Fantastic view of the lake and all the wildlife, great location to relax.
No internet, clock not working and was annoying, no sugar, carpet not the cleanest, TV in the lounge room had no signal. Yes its cheap compared to what is available, but the above mentioned should be available at any economy location.

Excellent once we were in the places but marred by hidden charges.”

What breakfast?
Booking Surcharging us $50 and messing up the booking- which led to 3 inconvenient phone calls , a request for our credit card number by email or over the phone. The surcharge was hidden- we thought we were going to pay $360 and ended paying over $416! For being messed about!
