Everytging was ok its just that different room their shower tap is loose.. no coffee or tea available in the room like other hotel. Bathroom water shower totally need to be adjust as the water is running low.

We stayed there for 3 days but booked it for 4 nights due to our early flight the other day. Pros: The staff were indeed friendly The location is near a bus stop - near restaurants - near groceries - near a seafood hawker - if you like walking it is a 10 min walk to Kallang station and 17 min walk to Aljunied station The room was clean so as to the towels Cons: The rooms just look old, could use a little renovation The first room we check-in was hot, fortunately they moved us to a room with a working AC But our over all stay was excelent, we didn't exeperience those reviews about the roaches and other insects, but if you're the delicate type, you wouldn't appeciate it, but if you're on a budget this hotel would work fine. If you are just gonna sleep and take a shower this place is indeed ok.

Their customer service is excellent, they are very attentive to our needs, its just that breakfast is served at 7 30(w/c is for us is a bit late), but overall, our stay is perfect, would book again if given a chance to go back to Pagudpud.

Staff are very accommodating. location is convenient it is very near food shops at affordable prices. Yes, I would recommend the place for family travelers to Singapore that are on a budget. the place is very near to the bus stop (about 150 meters). if you are used to walking the nearest MRT would be Kallang its around 800 meters from your hotel.

Management really have to invest in providing a quality comfort starting with basic amenities. AC was leaking massively, pipe connecting to wash basin was broken, hence water was spraying when using the wash basin and the worst part was my mattress sank right in the middle. These are very basic comfort a patron paying for these services and it was disappointing to see hotel was not maintained. Staff was very friendly, helpful and they have done what they could keeping the place clean and tidy, helping customers going out of their way and always greeting with a smiley face.

Stayed for 2 days. Not what I have expected when I booked. But if you’ll be out for the entire day, not much complaints on the room. I just enumerate few points that I’ve noticed and experienced. Pros: Hotel exterior is great. Staffs are friendly. Smooth check-in and out. Cons: Room is already worn out. Air-con takes too long to cool. Bed is old and low. No bidet. Shower doesn’t hang. Thin walls. Slow internet.
