Toilets need repairs!!!!”
Our first room the toilet wouldn't flush. I maintenance said just took while to fill tank. 30 minutes later it wouldn't flush again. I took the top off and there was not even any water in the tank. Called again someone came again and said needed a new toilet. The front desk calls me in the casino and said they were going to have to move us to another room but not to be in a hurry just when we went back up come by front desk and someone would move us. Well they gave us another room and when we get up there it's a king. We had a double queen room for me and my 90 year old mother. Had to go back to front desk again and get another room but was told bell hop had already gone so we would have to move ourselves and wouldn't let us even use a cart. So we moved twice at 1:00 in the morning. Then this room's toilet ran all night. Late night staff very rude!!!

AC didn’t work properly making our stay very uncomfortable during the 2 days we booked. I was not impressed as the room has inadequate lighting, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, And unnecessary authorizations a a to my bank card due to receptionist checking in our pre paid reservation on my debit card vs the card that was provided by 3rd party. Inadequate customer service and poor communication between staff. I would not recommend this hotel and would suggest checking out the other casinos that are nearby and in my opinion much nicer!

Someone told us that the pool was open for my daughter, but it wasn't; she had to stay in the room and watch movies. The staff needs to get on the same page with what's going on with the property.

A little getaway ”
The workers were great and friendly. The room needed dusting, the toilet would not flush and the maintenance man had to be called. The stopper in the shower wouldn't stay up and filled up with water as if you were taking a bath. You had to hold it to let the water out. The breakfast at JB'S was excellent . We had to tip the lady chef. The casino staff made sure mask was worn and gloves were provided. Hand sanitizer was ever where. Overall it was a good getaway trip

Rather had a breakfast buffet offered also and didn’t like you had to be 21 or older to get in the pool.... glad I was able to take my children to the lunch buffet but the staff was great beside the lady I Starbucks
