Please note, the property will be undergoing renovations during the month of May and early June 2017. The specific unit booked will not be under renovation however, please be aware that surrounding suites may be. Due to this, some noise disruptions may be experienced during working hours Monday- Friday.
Each unit is privately owned and subject to availability. Should the reserved unit no longer be available for rental, Whistler Premier Resorts reserves the right to relocate the guests to another unit of equivalent or superior quality.
Front desk hours of operation are as follows:
During Peak Season 1 July - 6 September and 25 November - 23 April - Fridays: 9:00 to 23:00 - Saturdays: 8:00 to 23:00 - Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 to 17:00
During Shoulder Season 24 April - 30 June and 7 September - 24 November - Fridays: 9:00 to 23:00 - Saturdays: 8:00 to 23:00 - Sunday to Thursday: CLOSED

Whistler Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Please note, 3rd party credit cards are not accepted without a credit card pre-authorisation form. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of CAD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
