I had to make some last-minute reservations to visit Barcelona. All of the other desirable B&Bs were already taken. I was about to look at another hotel in Las Ramblas when I saw their review in TripAdvisor were really horrible. I found the hotel Everest online and after reading the great reviews, made my booking. Stayed 3 nights. Everything ok except the main and only cutting knife in the kithen which was absolutely useless - blunt and broken. Asked in the reception to replace the knife with a proper one but was told it was not possible. Ok, thanks. Thats why only 4 stars staff and facilities.

However, it is only 5 mins walk from the Sant Paul metro station and 1 min walk to the bus stop (which have buses that take you directly to Catalunya and Park Guell).
