"I stayed a night at Hotel Zenit. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the metro which was not a bad walk at night (I felt safe walking by myself). It's a bit far from all the sights, restaurants and bars so I wouldn't recommend it as a tourist looking to go sightseeing in Madrid."
