This place ruined our vacation. the photos are far from actual ameneties. the photos are like taken 20 years ago. you can't almost touch anything. not even the bidet! we only used the toilet once for peeing. imagine the horror. there's only one small bathroom for all the guests (up to 20 pax i think). the aircon isn't enough to make the room cool. the aircon is operational only for a limited time at night. you'll live by the electric fan if you're lucky to be given one. you have to walk sideways to get to your bunk bed with very thin, almost nothing, foam. the room is smelly due to the congestion and no enough ventilation. hostel staff isn't friendly at all. won't recommend this place and will never go back here.

Front Office Agents are disappointing ”
The location of the place is good. The value for money is okey. But whats disappointing is that the Front Office Agents doesnt know how to speak english. Its really hard taking to them. They cant help you with your inquiries. They didnt even know that there is a direct train from Taisho ( their location ) to Kansai Airport. The inquiry was in Japanese ( i asked the other guests at the hostel to translate the inquiry ). That doesnt end there. My flight is at 8:40 pm.So I checked out before 11am because it is the hotel's policy. But I left my stuff at the common area and came back at the hotel before 1pm. I was staying at the reception to google the way to the airport where the old lady from the reception asked me to leave! She was really asking me to leave because she said that the check out is at 11am. I asked her if i can just go out and come back for my stuff but she insisted I have to leave and I can't stay. Very poor customer service. Will never recommend this hotel

들어가는데만 애를 먹었네요”
우선 찾는데만 30분정도 걸렸습니다. 간판도 애매하게 되어있었고... 그리고 조금 일찍 체크인 한다고 연락 드렸음에도 불구하고 주인분께서 너무 늦게 오셔서 1시간을 밖에 그저 서있었네요. 내부로 들어갔더니 샤워실이 1개인지라 굉장히 오랜시간 기다려야 씻을수 있었습니다. 2층이 숙소였는데, 카메라도 달려있지 않아 보안이 의심되었고, 2층은 특히 이불까는것과 움직이는것이 힘들었습니다. 천장이 매우 낮았거든요. 잠은 참 편하게 잤던것 같습니다.

어느 정도 일본어를 알아 들으신다면 여기 운영하시는 분이랑 물어보면서 재미있게 지낼 수 있어요 ^^ 사장님이 이야기하고 듣는 걸 좋아하셔서 일본어 어느 정도 알아듣고 말하기 가능하면 추천합니다~ 그리고 한국의 게스트 하우스? 같은 느낌이에요~ 따로 방은 안 나눠져있고 한 공간에서 2층 침대로 여러 개 설치된 형태로 구성되어있습니다. 음... 그 외에 수건은 별도 요금이 청구되니 어느 정도 챙겨가세요. 세탁은 한 바구니 기준으로 100엔입니다. 2일 정도 소요돼요~ 리뷰에 덥다고 많이 적어놨던데, 막상 3박 4일 지내면서 오히려 추웠어요~ 저렴하게 숙소 잡으실 분에게는 괜찮아요~

訂房時被AI的廣告騙了”
訂三人房,廣告聲明是最後一間三人房，但是AI只是男女混合的上下舖,並没有三人房間，或是其他房間，顕然廣告及説明造成誤會。走道空間堆滿行李箱及住客衣物，通行不易。屋主態度很好，地㸃也不錯，只是住宿環境令人失望。
