Hostel is rather old and dirty, especially the floors, showers and bathroom. Shower water was low-flow and not hot. Facilities in dire need of a renovation. Furniture was old, bedding was smelly. however it is undeniably a good place to meet people. The hostel can accommodate a surprising amount of people and so there is always a group lingering around. There are several common areas and a bar. Location is superb, one block away from chapultapec - a lively neighborhood with bars and clubs, but a couple kilometers from the actual downtown/historic area. Wifi was spotty in the further reaches of the hostel.

After reading all the great reviews i was excited to stay there. Unfortunately i was very disappointed. I stayed in room 8, above the bar with a huge window and no A/C room.gets uncomfortably hot and only cools down after 3 am. The little window on the side needs to stay open but that make if for noisy evening with the bar below. You dont get a key to the front door so you have to ring a bed. Most of the time staff is not there so you constantly have to wait to be let in. In the kitchen everyone keeps the dishes clean but staff never puts them up so all the dishes are piled up next to the sink. Breakfast is always served late and when you schedule a tour then you cant eat breakfast. I also scheduled a tour to Tequila. Pick up seemed very late and after 2 times asking to call the company they finally did. Yep they forgot about us 4 people and had a hectic ways.of getting to the bus. Outside table where you eat is also where everyone smokes and ashes are everywhere. Staff is very friendly just looks like they never been trained to run a business and the owner is not often there and even when she is, staff still is not taking good care of business.

Lo ÚNICO que me agrada de este lugar es la cercanía a mis puntos de interés, la limpieza de los baños no es nada buena, la gente no respeta los horarios de uso de áreas comunes, no se limita el ruido, gritos, música, y los inquilinos tenemos que soportar todo esto hasta altas horas de la madrugada (4 am), falta mucho implementar la mejora conrinua en las instalaciones, agregar aditamentos, mejorar el orden de las áreas comunes, y POR FAVOR, la limpieza es MUY importante
