Exceptional
Great Location, very quiet but close to many restaurants, shops and the center. We always used the bicycles which are for free till 5 hours or for only 1$ the whole Day. Takes you 10 minutes drive to the center and around 30-40 minutes to Angkor Wat. We had the Private Double Room which is super spacious and clean. We even had a fridge in there. It‘s a Family Business so the atmosphere is very welcoming and we can recommend this place to eveyone! Thanks for having us!

About 2km from the center in a rather quiet place of town. However, free bikes are vailable for up to 4h so you can get there easily. Friendly and knowledgeable staff !

Amazing
Staff especially the owners really friendly. I used to have a mixed bedroom and changed it to a single with AC, wasn't informed though that there's a charge but all in all everything is really good. Specially the owner let me ride his bike for free! When I go back to Cambodia I'll book this place again. Love it!

Petty, Penny Pinching Management Made for a Nervous Time/Treated Abhorrently After Booking Through Agoda; as if it were High Treason
I felt like I was being watched, as if by vultures, with a very disdainful, hateful vibe, every time I came downstairs. I was the only "guest" that wasn't in the cheap, heat blasted dorm rooms. I actually had air conditioning, as I chose to pay the asking price for the single room. I started out by paying cash -- but after a few days of staying there I found a better deal through Agoda so naturally I booked. The vibe got even worse, confused by the silent emanation of something they didn't like. Agoda takes some money, but isn't it business? -- their business to be exact, technically, as I was not there to not stress about business, any business, especially your's/their's... and I heard the word "Agoda" being used negatively in my presence, and it felt like rumors behind my back. As if I was the enemy. It was low season so the owner seemed to take his frustration on the one customer he did have? From telling me that I couldn't toast my raisin bread for free but not offering a price (I suppose the currency isn't small enough), not willing to heat up the kettle of water for me to eat some noodles, as everybody goes to bed and literally locks the guests in after 10pm. So much for the advertised 24hr. front desk, or the "business center"(ALL FABRICATIONS)...What if I'm hungry and all I have is noodle soup? Can't exactly walk to the store as there is a padlocked gate and oh so lovely prison-grade razor wire hidden from the face view, behind the bamboo, on top of the walls, bordering the place. In the daytime they would go in my room and turn off the A/C (and whatever else they did that I don't know about) so it was the ambient 33 degrees Celsius (hot as hell) by the time I made it back to the room -- where on the way there, every gesture from the live-in staff was a seemingly purposeful lack of welcoming hospitality -- if they don't like their deal/relationship with Agoda then why have it (cake and eat it too)? From the other side of the world, it's not difficult to see

Dear Timothy, WE thank you so much for choosing to stay with us, we also wanted to respond to review here as we find it is a bit unfair to us, 1. Our amenities: we do not offer the Hot kettle or Toast Heating, while you stayed here, you always asked us, for that again, and again, we did offer you a few times till we said No More,.. then you started to get upset about this. 2. A/C in the room, we do have a sign, please turn your A/C off while you are off the room or we switch it off for you 3. 24hour reception: we do allow the check in 24hour, and gate is closed at 11pm, but guests can come in and out any time 4. Agoda business; we said to you if you want to be cheap, please book with system, it's up to you We consider you or our guests as our kings, please think we are also human being like you. We do hope you can find the best hostel you like and good luck with that! we do you know you would right us this review, but others can judge what you write, Pharnet & Dara

Excellent spot
In Siem Reap, I was searching for a more quite spot than at my previous hostel. I could find this here. The hostel is located a little bit out of town but I didn't mind at all. It has a nice common area where you could easily socialise with other people. It has a restaurant on the spot as well. I was lucky to have a female dorm all to myself. The room is provided with two fans. To get to the room, you have to pass the mixed dorm which I didn't mind. You can use a locker in the mixed dorm as well. I had a pleasant stay and would chose this hostel again.

Ok but was expecting more
Location is about 2k from town centre, which is not really an issue for me. Missing lockers in dorm and mosquito nets, which was a real issue for me as there were hundreds of mosquitos when I stayed
Reviewed April 02, 2017
Dear Mirko, Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us, though we want to mention to you that our location is 1.5km from the town center Pub Street, we do have our mosquito net for each, but we are not sure if you did find it, or ask our staff for that? Again we are sorry that you did not tell us about it, so this can be our lesson for future. Once again, thank you so much for choosing to stay with us. Our Best Regards,

This place is pretty great for the price
There was a booking mistake and we had to stay in the dorm room for our first night. I was not pleased. However, the staff worked really hard to make it right, and returned the difference in price. The dorm room is actually quite nice and partitioned off with curtains. As is the private room we initially booked. They also have bikes available to use, which is perfect for getting into downtown as well as touring around. In spite of the mess up, I quite enjoyed my stay.
