When i got there, the staff told me that the reservation info they had didn't match my date on my voucher. They could not give me a room in the beginning. However, the staff was very helpful. She was calling and found out that it was a mistake from the central agent. She suggested that i might stay in another hostel and dealt with the issue with Agoda afterwards. I didn't want to pay extra money for another room and dealt with it after my trip. She tried to call Agoda for me but she had no international call connection in the meantime. While I tried to call Agoda myself for solution, she finally gave me a room which had not confirmed by another client. Well, I lost an hour to handle the issue, but the staff was very helpful to make me feel better.

Fui dos noches para un recital, solo usé el lugar poquitas horas. El personal muy amable y atento. Respondieron todas mis dudas, estuvieron siempre presentes. Los lugares compartidos son lindos, la gente que estaba era muy agradable. La limpieza bien, ví todo limpio y en condiciones. El wifi funcionó muy bien. Utilicé habitación compartida de 4, solo mujeres. Habitación agradable, nada ruidosa. El baño es algo pequeño, pero lo normal, está bien. La ubicación es excelente. Está todo cerca, hay muchos locales y en mi caso iba al campo de polo así que genial. Las únicos detalles que encuentro es que el agua de la ducha no sale muy caliente, hay que dejarla correr para que caliente, pero lo hace muy poquito. Podría ser algo a revisar. Por otro lado en una habitación de 4 había pocos enchufes, o mal ubicados. Por ejemplo los 4 que tenía la habitación estaban detrás de dos camas, y si las chicas dormían no podía ir uno a enchufar cosas. Me gustaría volver por la ubicación, y la atención. Me gustaría que mejoraran lo del agua ya que me resulta muy importante e indispensable la ducha con agua caliente.

Fui para la fecha del lollapalooza, me enferme y CERO ayuda!!! No atendian el cel y cuando baje las dos escaleras el pibe de la madrugada re ignorante al igual q el de la noche!!! Si van al hostel....ni se resfrien porq ahi no van a tener ni papel para la nariz, lastima...porq alta zona y altooo hostel, hermoso, lastima la gente q atiende!

地下鉄D線Palermo駅より徒歩５分ほどの静かなエリアにある。 付近は高級住宅街で比較的治安が良いところ。カフェやバー、 ブティック、雑貨屋が軒を連ねる”Palermo Soho"にも近い。 掃除は良く行き届いており、ベッドメイキングも毎日してくれる。 朝食はシンプルで毎日同じで飽きるが、朝食付きでこの宿泊費と 思えば納得。受付のスタッフは皆、愛想がよく親切だった。
