Kind staf, quiet, and near to Namba and Ebisucho Station”
I never go to Japan and this is my first time I go to other country. My experience with Viaggio Hostel is awesome. The staffs are kind, they can speak English. The hostel is located near to 2 important stations, Ebisucho Station and Namba Station. Also, it is near to Dotombori (8 mins) and Den Den Town (1 or 2 mins). The room is very clean, I choose 1 romm with 3 beds. The bathroom is clean as well. My room is located at 6th floor. There are a small refrigerator and sink. I will surely go to this place again when I come back someday.

Hostel Viaggio is nice. The location is near to many tourist attractions such as Tsutenkaku tower, Shintennoji and Dotonbori. There are several convenience stores and a McDonald nearby. The staff are nice. The facilities are well-equipped. It is especially suitable for solo travellers. One thing i would like to recommend is to lower the air-conditioner temperature a bit more, because it is quite warm in the room.

The place is very clean and really near the Osaka Namba Train station. It is located around Den Den Town so its really accessible and just a few minute walk from Dotonbori

This place is brand new and truly excellent. ”
The pod style beds were comfy and cozy, providing great privacy. The amenities were great and well kept. The location is perfect. It's by Namba station which is easily accesible from/to the airport and its right by a great part of the city with the Dontaberry Market. The staff was kind and interested. 10/10 would recommend.

Value for money and great location”
This actually exceeded my expectations. The ensuite room was large and clean. The staff was helpful and with easy check-out process. The staff just told us to just leave the keys at the reception as we were leaving early in the morning. One hiccup would probably be the heating, it was winter when we arrived the heater was unable to sufficiently heat the whole room probably because of it's size. Nonetheless we're happy with our booking.

Packs so many people into a dorm room can be loud in the morning or night. Didnt bother me much with ear plugs in. Great staff, big and clean, super comfy beds, walking distance to night market, many toilets and showers.

Nice Hostel near Kuromon Ichiba Market”
Walking distance to Kuromon Market and Tsutenkaku. It is between 2 metro station so you may find it little bit far when carrying suitcase. Very clean guest rooms but it would be even better if the tiny gap on the partition can be sealed to improve privacy.

The hostel itself is generally acceptable, but they do need to put up a Bigger Sign, advising people to keep QUIET inside Dorm, especially at night time.. I experienced two nights, girls kept chatting.. For all hostel/capsule, it would be more reasonable to have a place for people to pack/unpack luggage as it is quite noisy at your bed side hearing these noises..

The staff are awesome and the place was really clean. Only thing was other guests were very inconsiderate of the time and kept making a lot of noise late at night. Other then that I love my stay here.

Won’t go again”
I couldn’t find any place near my bed to put my luggage on. Besides, my bed just faced to the door of the bathroom. The curtain couldn’t cover very well, so the light from bathroom made me uncomfortable. And people could see me from the holes. I could see them, too. I woke up by the vibration from other bed. No mention the annoying snore.
