Exceptional”
The staff in Hostel Villa Kemi were extremely friendly and helpful. As our luggage was lost by the airline in transit, the staff from Hostel Villa Kemi took the initiative to Google the opening times of the sports store, clothing store and supermarket to ensure that we could purchase the necessary clothing.

Outstanding hostel in Kemi”
The location is between Train/Bus station and snow castle that you can walk around. Free coffee and tea provided in the kitchen all day. There is elevator for big luggage. However, Very poor Wifi in room, no necessary things in room such as hook, hair-dryer. There is only one chair in my room even I booked for 2 people and double bed. There was a few hair in bath area when i just checked-in.

-Pros: Bathroom is big and clean. Common room is cozy, you can put your luggage here after check out. Their personnel are nice. Sufficient equipment in the kitchen if you want to cook. -Cons: Double bed’s duvet is too small for two people, it’s cold in winter. Only got one kettle which is broken and quite dirty. but you can boil the water yourself in the kitchen. Only got one towel for two people and the service line couldn’t help on anything exclude opening the door. And they don’t have hair dryer to borrow, you must bring one.

火车站附近的舒适青旅”
跨年夜住在这儿，顶风冒雪从火车站往这儿走，一推开门，立刻觉得回到人间。是非常舒适温暖的青旅，我订的单人小房间很舒服，公共休息室有台球案，预订的早餐篮被放在房间小冰箱里，内容非常丰富。地下还有厨房和桑拿室，不过我没有使用。距离海边的冰雪城堡也很近，走路10分钟都不到。

-Ovikoodeja en saanut ennakkoon sähköpostiin, joten vartia joutui selvittämään ne. -Huone tunkkainen, pölyä sängyn alla ja kaappien päällä. Ilmanvaihtokanavat olivat tukittuna. -Vuodevaatteet haisivat vanhalta hieltä ja sänky loppuun painunut. -Petauspatja kellertyt ja siinä epämääräistä likaa.
