I am a longtime customer of the NH Hotel chain. I always look for them when I travel because I know I can trust them and it's always a great value for the money paid!

This hotel is very new, we stayed for 2 nights during our business trip to Europe. All of us are very happy with the hotel. The room size is big in European standard, very clean. Location is perfect since we travel as a group and no one knows the area very well. We will definitely go back there.

It was great! it's surrounded by restaurants and coffee shop. No worry if you have kids with you because they will enjoy the convenience of the hotel. There are clothe shop nearby too.

We had a great stay in a business room at the hotel. This was in the heart of the Centre of Brussels close to all the tourist places, bars and restaurants. I loved it. Great breakfast buffet, but quite high priced. (but yeah, it a 5*). Be aware, I was here a second time and the standard rooms are more outdated then the business rooms, really a difference. But overall it was great !!

This is a great little hotel right in the historic center. The room was a nice size and had amenities and extra.

Very smiling and multi-lingual front desk staff who were always ready to help us whenever we needed somthing or informations about the ciy tours and nearby restaurants etc. Impressed with the quality and assortments for breakfast. Very good location for shopping, restaurants and public transportation.

We came to Brussels to visit the Christmas markets, and this hotel was in the perfect location for it. - An easy walk to anywhere in the city. It was easy to get to, with Metro train stations very close too. The room was a decent size, and very clean. - Service was friendly, with nothing being too much of a problem.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in a way that it felt sincere and natural. The room was very nice, the bed very good and the bathroom had all it needed for a business traveler and clean! The breakfast was good with a good choice of different things to eat. I really enjoyed my stay in NH Brussel Stephanie and would go there again.

We stayed in Brussels to visit family and friends and this hotel was ideally located. Many restaurants and shopping areas are just a short walk. We’ll be back

Located next to the Diegem train station, very easy to get to the city center. Hotel also provides shuttle to from and to the airport. The breakfast was good and had a very nice variety of choices. rooms are clean and spacious. Overall a very good stay

Location wise good, but road closures did cause problems, plus parking is difficult outside or near hotel. Otherwise perfect solution.

I had a excellent time at the hotel, the gym is definitely one of the best one I had. Breakfast was awesome and the room was spotless. I definitely recomment this hotel.

Excellent location which only 2 mins of walk from metro station. 15mins of walk to main travel attraction and shopping area. Staff are very helpful and friendly, able to communication in English. Value for money!

Location is perfect. Staff are superb, very helpful and nice. My room was exceptional. It was very spacious, clean, bed was very modern and comfortable. i really enjoyed my stay.

the hotel was very clean, new-looking and had great facilities. the staff was very helpful and friendly. when i checked in, the hotel staff (i think her name was sariska?) even helped me to figure out the train schedule so that i could make a day trip to brugge and printed it out! it's the extra assistance which makes a stay here worth it! hotel is very close to the airport (about a 5 min cab ride) and a 15 minute walk to the train station zaventem, making it accessible for a day trip to brugges.

We've stayed there once or twice a years for over 10 years and it remains unbeatable in Brussels. Spacious, affordable, clean, comfortable, quiet, conveniently located ... perfect fro us.

The room was clean and well-maintained. Big plus was the location which is near metro and shopping area.

We had such an amazing time in this hotel. During check in staff have us map, instructions how to get to the main attractions. We were offered superb deal for breakfast (we did not have prepaid breakfast). Room was beautiful and comfi. Hotel is very close to Nord station, only few minutes walk. Check out is at 12pm ;)
