Possibly the best hotel that my wife and I have stayed at where the staff were so courteous and helpful.The service and facilities were faultless and hopefully, I may have the pleasure in returning on some future occasion.It was just a pleasure to take advantage of the wonderful features of the hotel.

i really liked this hotel, good location, a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, but still quiet that i had a good sleep. there is an elevator, it's convenient for people with suitcases. the room has no air conditioner, but it was still cool in my room. and the price was so good, i would like to recommend it to everyone.

From the moment my wife and I arrived, the hotel manager (Nir) made us feel welcome. He and other staff members (24/7) were always attentive and friendly. The hotel is 1.5 short blocks from the central train station (Hbf): take the side exit near McD's to save time and effort with luggage. It is about 0.5 km to Kaiserstrasse, a street running along one side of the "red light" area. It is about a 2 km or 20 min walk to Rommer, the old town square where there are many restaurants, cafes, and, of course, historical landmarks. Also Kaiserstrasse has many places to eat as does inside the train station. Although other mention that the red light district and the train station bring with them dubious characters, the hotel is outside those areas in a quiet neighborhood. We never had any problems with safety in the hotel area or in are numerous walks in all directions.

Beware - the hotel is @Höchst - it has a nice old castle and also lots of immigrants on the streets. As I am traveling without kids / parents, I really loved the place - it is nice, pleasant staff, great breakfast, everything you need. 24/7 REWE is just a 5 mins walk. (!) Note: My wifi connection did not work for 3 days - just keep in mind you should not rely on that option too much. LAN connection was down for some time, too. I've sent email asking to pre-pay my stay, but ABSOLUTELY no response. This is annoying, as my currency is fluctuating against EUR and if I see a total price of 17,000 for my stay it may easily turn out to be 20,000..

This is much better than expected. Facilities were great for the price that I paid. Very convenient location and I really enjoyed my stay!

perfect location, 30 seconds walk to central location. rooms are clean and tidy early check-in and late check-out, which is a wonderful arrangement for travelers!! Price is reasonable, worth staying!!

The room was very nice. It included a microwave, refrigerator, and dishes. The hotel is located near the old city. We rode the subway from the Main Train Station to Konstablewache Station. It is a short walk from there. There are many nice restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The staff were courteous and facilities are nice.

The room was very nice and the internet connection is great! The staff were lovely and helpful. The neighborhood might not be the best, but you are very close to a subway entrance and I did not find this too troublesome.

Perfect, could not find any faults at all with this place. If I come to Frankfurt again I would try and book this place again it was fantastic.

The hotel provides an excellent living environment to their clients. The room is big enough, with washroom very clean. I meet many staffs and other customers, they all said that the hotel is very nice. We live in a very happy environment during the weekend. As a result, i will rate this hotel as a perfect hotel in my mind.

Stayed here in the late of December as we were visiting the Christmas markets. Location is great and around 8 minute walk to the main HBF, also very close to Skyline Plaza, a good place to do some shopping there.

good location, only 1-2 minutes' walk. also close to supermarket (3 minute walk). Very quiet neighborhood. Female receptionist is very nice and helpful.
