Awfull - Gap between what we expected and what we get.”
Location: -> Fake location comparing to voucher (we had to make 3 places) Bad service : -> Contact person communication was so bad. Not understandable Malay/chinese accent as well as English/chinese accent than even my Malaysian wife cannot understand. After 3 calls she finally sent an address which I confirm was also wrong, only building name is ok, it took again 45 minutes to taxi driver to get to the place. No answer when trying to reach her again. Just communication of “0802/0803” without any explanation. Service offered on the web side are fake There is no kitchen just 4m2 corner with a table, 4 chairs. 4 café cups, one Kettle …… even no fridge. No washing machine. Internet and TV only on one apartment. Conclusion. This people has nothing to do in the hotel Service business. First thing is transparency with service provided, and delivery to customer. Then management of the customer should be performed with competent people being able to act with professionalism.

1. The check in maybe a bit of a hassle. Need to confirm with property owner. But from what I learnt, if you need help contact agoda team. Make sure you use the agoda platform for communication prior check in. 2. We arrived ard 3.30pm but room was not yet ready. Called owner & informed abt the matter. Owner gave assurance that the staffs would do the necessary before we retire for the day. Glad they did. 3)The stay was actually for 2 apartment units. 1 unit has 2 rooms, (masterbedroom w 1 queen size bed + 1 single bed). The other room was a queensize mattress. 1 bathroom per 1 apartment unit. 4) Amenities provided (in both units) - towels, body gel+shampoo,dish washing soap&sponge, water heater (not hot tub as stated) , electric kettle, hair dryer, a mini multi-purpose cooker(not a kitchen as stated). There is only 1 TV & 1 wifi dongle in the 1 st unit,which we don't mind. 5) The place hv many public parking lot, so families do not need to worry. Overall it is good, but can be improved..if there is an iron&mini fridge would be superb... Mini fridge important for some people to store insulin or milk...

spacious place and comfortable to stay for group traveller.. check in process might be a bit hassle so do follow up with the owner.. unable to scan card for parking but guard over there help to resolve..

Apartment is cozy... But limited parking space.. Only one unit car park was provided for us.. So, not recommended for those plan to stay with family or in a group..

건물이 오래되고 낡아서 처음에는 깜짝놀랬습니다. 안에도 역시 깨끗하지는 않아요. 하지만, 여러 가족이 묵기에는 가격대비 괜찮아요. 잠만 자는 곳으로 괜찮아요. 조금 깨끗한 곳을 찾는 분들에게 비추합니다.

Lokasi bersesuain, kebersihan memuaskan, tapi bilik tidak seperti dalam gambar. Kami diberikan 2 bilik bukan sebuah apartment seperti dijanjikan. Tandas hanya 1 utk setiap bilik. Saya kurang berpuas hati.
