An unenjoyable experience”
Small room with no storage. A dressing table without anywhere to put cosmetics or other items. Appalling lighting and decor.
We checked in at a very nice reception area but were extremely dissppointed by the room. We had specifically requested a light and airy room on a high floor and were given an extremely dark room on the first floor. The carpets and walls were both a deep blue, with very little lighting with green and red plastic covers. When we complained we were told that the hotel had no other rooms available and that we should check back with them the following day. The next day we were shown an equally small room on the second floor in a burnt orange decor. We had booked to stay in the hotel for 4 nights but left that same day after spending one night in the hotel. We were charged for our full 4 night stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
