Room was too hot ”
The heating was on full all night which made the room very hot and unbearable . When I contacted the staff member I was advised she couldn’t turn it off. Therefore, we had to sleep with the windows wide open which wasn’t great due to constant noises coming from outside including a lot of police sirens . Apart from this our room was great and would stay again if it wasn’t for the heating.

A Lovely Budget Hotel Ignore The Haters”
Fantastic price for London, well for any city actually. Staff friendly and helpful. Please treat them with respect - not all guests did. Great access to transport and free Brekky. If you want to stay in this area stay here.

Lovely place to stay”
I think it takes a while to get familiar with the neighborhood. It is quite convenient, being near Shepherd's Bush station (Central line), Hammersmith (Piccadilly line) and Goldhawk Road (Hammersmith & City line). The closest shopping centre is Westfield. I would highly recommend to pack lightly as climbing up the stairs to the room is a workout. The staff were very pleasant, and the room is nice.

Very pleasant surprise ”
I chose this hotel primarily based on cost as I was on a tight budget (£56:00 for a double/twin room). I've stayed in budget hotels in London before so I wasn't expecting much but I was very pleasantly surprised. I've paid a lot more for a lot less in London. The room was quite large and very clean and there was plenty of tea and coffee. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the shower was amazing (I'd been to see on of my favourite bands at Shepherds Bush Empire so I needed a shower after jumping around for 90mins!) again, there were plenty of toiletries. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. If I ever visit Shepherds Bush again. I'd definitely stay here.

First trip to London”
The bed and bedding were clean and the room was warm and had a hairdryer!
It was good. Once I found it the first time the journey to the tube was easy. I didn't realize that we were a bit further outside the center of London than I expected but that was ok. The only thing I didn't like was the owner being very harsh directing the ladies around who clean and serve breakfast. Seemed like perhaps there was a language barrier but it was awkward to watch as a guest.

Cramped, upstair and a bit pricey”
Location, Staff, Value
I was traveling through London and needed a place close to London Heathrow before flying out. While Hotel 65& Annexes was close enough. the room was a bit tough to get into with no elevator and cramped quarters. Overall a decent value for my first whirlwind visit to London.

Grubby Hotel”
Only one thing - location to the office I was visiting
The hotel room was very grubby, with torn carpets and cheap furnishings. The tea cups on the room were dirty and overall the hotel felt cheap and shabby. I regularly stay in hotels - this is the only one I can recall in which I felt unsafe.

Not expensive hotel, but not too clean”
Price, location, surrounding area
The hotel was not awful, but I expected it to be a bit cleaner. The furniture and the moquette were old and the room was very small; the bathroom was tiny, old and not very well equipped. It has to be said that the price was low. Breakfast was not bad.

Awful! The room could not possibly be smaller! #12”
Location
The room was impossibly tiny, little more than the width of a single bed! What a rippoff! The room was the width of a door... literally! With a tiny bit more for the smallest bathroom Ive ever seen in my life. Narrower than a door. Awful and a disgrace for the money
