Love this hotel! Frequent family traveller to KK. We have stayed in various other local hotels esp with higher star rating. This is now our favourite KK hotel. We had to switch room in between our stay due to fully booked rooms but the change was smooth. Staff very friendly n went to great length to help. Excellent housekeeping, went beyond just making beds and clearing wastebins. Hotel Breakfast was marvelous! Although only few menu variations each day, the selection was already wide enough and more importantly the taste was impeccable.. Homemade breakfast away from home! Also cater to vegetarians as well! Tender beef stew counter for breakfast! Tenom iced coffee yummy.. Spot-on fried mee!!!! Big ceramic mugs for hotdrinks even in d rooms was a definite plus. They provide glass bottled drinking water+ fully stainless steel hot kettle+non - plastic spoons.. minor details that speaks volume to ppl who r conscious of microplastic health issues. We love d long narrow shelvings in the rooms instead of bulky tables.. Netflix available in rooms as well! Definitely our first hotel choice in KK.. All-rounder Superb hotel for the price

Great stay for shopping ”
Friendly and helpful staffs. A walking distance to the restaurant which is very convenient for family with little children. The room is clean and spacious. There’s clear indications on how to get to the hotel. Just drive all the way to 7th floor, follow the arrow pointed to the hotel and you’ll reach your destination hassle free. But do be mindful of the parking space if you wish to park near the hotel entrance. All in all, it’s a great place to be if you wish to do a lot of shopping and leaving the mall is the last thing in the list.

I would stay again at this hotel again. Everything was at top notch. Room was superbly clean, aircond was very well maintained, even we have to increase the temperature a bit. Breakfast also good, too many to choose from, but if they can provide a warmer to keep the food warm would be a big plus. Staff was friendly too and professional.

Parents, siblings and I were very satisfied with our room (Executive Family). It was spacious, clean and complete (in term of facilities). Easy check-in and check-out. Friendly staffs. Good wi-fi connection. Free and safe parking. Breakfast was great and delicious (esp. beef rendang). Suria Sabah Mall is just downstairs. Jesselton Mall, Wisma Merdeka and Waterfront are also quite close. Overall, our experience 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. Might want to stay here again in the future.

i stay at premier executive room . free snack at room the room was spacious and view was breathtaking . wow really worth my money. i only want to recommend to give restaurant services room for guest stay at premier executive room . no restauran room services provided make me upset because i want to enjoy the food with nice hotel view and my wife really like the view and not even want to leave the room. please provide restaurant room services eventhough charge more for the services i want to pay it . please make it happen next time im begging you hotel. you had the best view for kk sunset actually. it was my best stay at kk will come again but i hope with room services available thank you

Super clean & new hotel. Mine is a sea view room, really nice and comfortable. Just go down by lift to the Sabah Mall. When you first arrived, go straight away to the level 7 parking lot, then you can see the hotel lobby. Check in and whenever you need to go out, just give them the parking ticket, they will scan & give you a free parking ticket later. Recommended this hotel.

2nd time staying here, first being there for TMBT race while this time for honyemoon. We got the bigger room with seaview and bathtub. Room was huge, with dining table, android tv, sofa n single reclining chair too! Hotel is conveniently located at Suria Sabah Shopping Centre, so anytime we hungry, we'll jus headover to basement, huge selection of food. Highly recommended hotel if ur on a slight budget. Going seafood eatery, shopping, pasar malam....just a walking distance. Simply awesome!!!!

Don't let the star rating fool you. The hotel may not have facilities worthy of a 4/5 star hotel such as a gym, swimming pool, bar, conference rooms, etc however for those who chose to travel for work or as a halfway point for those who came to enjoy what KK City has to offer, being attached to Suria Sabah Mall and easy access to its facilities including cinema, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and other services would easily bump their rating to a 4 star hotel.

I would like to thanks Suria 7 Hotel, at first i was hesitate because my father is already not fit so im afraid to book this hotel since its above mall. No it didnt hard at all! Its have convenient parking area, the staffs help my family a lots. Room is really good, the pressure of water also good, the cleanliness is good, the location also superb, nearby all tourist area, the STAFFS! I couldnt thanks them more! The staffs is really really good. I have been to lots of hotel with more stars but the service staffs in this hotel is real superb. I couldnt thanks more. Please dont hesitate to book this hotel, its is exceptionally good !!!

Highly recommended place to stay in town!”
Hotel located on top of the mall and just a walking distance from Seafront and other favourite spots in town. Room and bathroom were quite spacious and bathroom amenities also provided. Hotel staff at reception also very helpful and friendly. I really had a great time staying in this hotel.

The hotel stay was good in terms of cleanliness, location, ever friendly staff. The only downside was the room I booked was a bit small. Not like the picture. But it was still ok as it was clean and comfortable. Since the location was in a shopping mall, so you can get everything there. As for the downside, maybe the hotel need to improve on the entertainment like having cable TV or astro movie channels. The view from the window ( sea side) is blocked by grill or something. Otherwise you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Keep up the good work and hospitality Hotel 7 Suria. 🤗

The hotel is in Suria Shopping mall. The lobby is at 7th floor so there is a Lift beside MD. If you drive and just drive up to 7th floor car park then you will see the lobby.

Best hotel with variety breakfast”
Hotel was on 7th floor of the Suria Sabah. Parking space? Dont worry. There was a lot of parking space. Breakfast have a lot of choice!!! So good!! Hot milo also serve which was good for my kids. Hehehe. Room was very clean. No windows no problem!! Wifi was good. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Arrange my room same level with the lobby as they knew my wife was pregnant 8 months. Extended another night again with this hotel and they arrange a room with the same level also!! Great. You wont regret it. Value for money also. Thanks Hotel 7 Suria. Will definitely booked this hotel again if we come back to KK again.

Would suggest for family and friend”
Everything is almost perfect except few things, here are 3 things that bother me. 1. NO water bottle given in the room, you do get two water glass bottle that their refill but for someone that care hygiene, who knows what kind of water that they refill in. i would prefer sealed water bottle that most others hotel would give. 2. Upon check in, i realised aircond are not fully function, not cool at all even after 30minutes , so i call deks and their do send technician to come. turn out there very thick dust on aircond filter that not get clean, the maintenance admit they not yet do maintenance for long time but i mean everyone check out 12pm and you check in 3pm, what do they do in that 3 hours? 3. My stay include breakfast, the food is great, plenty choice. but my experience not so great. breakfast open at 7-10am, i come at 7:30am & plan to get the nasi lemak, good thing they do have that choice. but when i get there, everything is ready except the sambal itself. so i ask the staff and they ask wait a bit it almost ready. so i just sit there. FOR AN HOUR till the sambal came. how come you tell breakfast is 7-10am when you not even rdy all the menu yet. everything is complete only at 8:30am. there's my few things, i might be picky but thats how it is. hope the hotel management can do better next time. regardless this place is great. would suggest to family and friend for sure. thank you.
