Experience have been extremely wonderful with Hotel Se7en the moment the booking was made. Had several communications via Agoda messaging with them on arrangements for my bf’s birthday. Their responses have always been prompt and communication was clear. It was a beautiful arrangement which they have put up for the special day! Room was clean, facilities including table games, a big pantry, water dispenser, gym and an open air roof top at level 9 was great! A great place to chill and take photos of the night scenery. The hotel is located at a quieter side away from the busy streets but yet walkable to the night market. Required timing for housekeeping has to be communicated at the time of check in. As we were there for 3 nights, we decided that we would like to skip the housekeeping for the first night as the room would not have been that dirty, hence, we called the front desk to communicate the same. However, no housekeeping was done even on the second and third night as the front desk had misunderstood us. We called the front desk on one of the nights and one of the guy was nice enough to bring us fresh towels, toothbrush and even cleared our trash. Bedroom slippers were paper thin and sound proofing was abit lacking. Overall, would still recommend travelers to this hotel given the service, location and amenities. It would have been perfect if the above mentioned lacking points are improved going forward.

The service from the hotel staff was great. They helped me to contact the tour agency that I’ve booked for one day tour to confirm with the pickup timing after not receiving response from the agency. The breakfast was great. Room was clean during checked in. You could also visit the lounge at 9th floor for free drinks and fresh air for Taichung view. Will recommend to my friends and revisit this hotel in future! Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Clean, spacious and great location”
Hotel 7 exceeded my expectations - the room was larger than I thought, clean and well maintained and the hotel is walking distance to Fengjia night market which is always somewhere I like to visit in Taichung. Also walking distance to a lot of restaurants which the hotel reception was quite happy to call and make reservations at for us.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, value for money!”
I stayed here for 3 nights. It cost me about SGD 80 per night. Breakfast included. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The hotel is very clean. There is a mini-gym, foosball table and free coffee machine on the 9th floor. Can easily get around the neighborhood via public bus right outside the hotel where there are many shops around.

Superior King room is good for the prie”
Room was big and spacious.The only thing to pick is that there is no mini wardrobe for clothing and only a few hangers to hang at the fixture on the wall and bathroom don't have enough hook to place our clothing. The service was good that they have provide memory pillow which the default pillow is too soft for us. Other then that it is still a great place to stay with its location,cleanliness and services.

Hotel staff were friendly, location is super close to Fengjia Night Market, hotel room (loft) was clean and room was definitely worth the money. The only thing that could've been better was the view (but it's not a major thing), and the outdoor carpark was much further rather than the space beside the hotel. Would definitely come back again!

Trendy hotel with excellent vibe”
Fabulous hotel, everything was great. Chic and spacious lobby with sophisticated lighting and great lounge music, friendly and discreet staff, well-designed and spacious room with floor-to-ceiling window, excellent rooftop with gym facilities, free drinks and outdoor terrace (great spot for enjoying the sunset), another garden-style terrace on the second floor, incredible elevator with the projection of a beautiful film about Taichung on the FLOOR, lovely ground-floor cafe for breakfast (a set menu for now, but in non-Covid times, it's great buffet breakfast).

Stayed at this hotel and enjoyed it alot! It is few minutes walk away from a night market. Room is modern and clean. Staffs were nice. It was a bit noisy outside in the morning due to constructions, but it is tolerable. However, few months after my stay, i keep receiving emails from the hotel telling me that i have disputed a charge to my credit card company, which i did not. Asked them to correct this issue and verify if maybe they made an error with another guest, but nothing was done and i keep receiving emails from hotel. It is getting annoying.

A short walk of 8 mins to Fengjia market and on the main road. Cafes and eateries are around the hotel. The staff was waiting as our taxi pulled out and extended assistance with our luggage. Easy check-in. Room size is as per photo. Clean bed linen and bathroom.
