Zero customer service from beginning till end of stay. Old rundown hotel mainly targeting Chinese guests with massage service provided. Very Chinese breakie. Gloomy face whole day everyday from ALL staff, even manager & front desk staff! Unbelivable! Loud aircon due to old central control tech. Hardly can get good sleep unless you off the aircon. Moved to another REAL hotel nearby after my 2 days stay. For same price you can get a REAL hotel somewhere.

Great hotel at this price point”
For about 30SGD a night, I can't think of any other hotel that matches this. I especially like that they have a 24/7 restaurant on level 10 which basically overlooks most of Mandalay. If I were to choose a hotel to stay in mandalay, this will definitely be it. My only qualms were that they kept the passport during our stay which I didn't really like. Other than that; great place at a great price.

Nice City hotel with very friendly staff and clean rooms, location was perfect for my business. I was not so happy with the on all place smoking Chines Tourist Groups. Smoking Tourists are not a problem for me, but it must be not in air condition rooms.

狭いシャワールーム”
トイレに無理やりシャワーを付けた・・・そんな造りです。なので、シャワーカーテンもないので、シャワーをすると確実に洗面台、トイレがビシャビシャになります。工事中なのか、廊下はとても客を通す状態ではないような工事ででたゴミやがれきだらけです。夜に何度か電気が落ちました（すぐにつきましたが）スタッフはみな親切で、ナイトマーケットに近いことや、スーパーが近くにあり便利です。
