Upon arrival I was told that the previous occupant of my room was not feeling well and sent me to another hotel. The room there was badly maintained.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Pleasant Stay”
The hotel staff were really friendly and nice! I arrived early and they allowed me an early check in which was really a nice gesture since I took an overnight flight. Room was small, but very clean and cozy. I enjoyed the complimentary mini bar.
Location of the hotel was great as well, located in the old town with access to lotsa restaurants, and a mere 10 min walk to the main station.
I will recommend this hotel to everyone!

A quaint hotel with great location ”
A quaint hotel located in the Old Town of Zürich, very convenient! Nice and helpful staff, we came before check-in time but the staff helped us to settle in the room in a couple of mins. The room is very nice and clean! Free drinks provided! The hotel has no air conditioning. It was okay with the fans on and the windows opened. But it was unacceptably noisy at night, maybe we stayed two days at the weekend, people were yelling and screaming until 3-4 am. We had to close the windows but the room became so stuffy that we couldn’t sleep.

In the heart of Zurich”
We ended a two week trip to Central Europe with a stay at Hotel Adler in Zurich. It was a great final stop. The staff at the restaurant and the hotel were wonderful! The hotel is on the path of recommended walks around the old city and is an easy walk or tram ride from the train station.

Although the restaurant is on the hotel ground floor, you wont feel so noisy in the room. We have spent two nights in the hotel,which my husband likes it very much. Clean and tidy room , it is well equipped and well furnished. the hotel is close to tram station with a variety of restaurants nearby. We will certainly stay again when we come back to Zurich.
Also, highly recommend to try the restaurant Swiss Chuchi of traditional Swiss food.

Perfect stay”
Excellent location with great staff and beautiful designed room with a mural. The Swiss Chuchi Resturant connected to the hotel had a delious Cheese or meat Fondue just right for Zurich’s main dish. Plus, their speciality wines added to the gastronomic experience.

Accessibility, affordability and friendly staff
The room was tiny by U.S. standards, but it was comfortable and made great use of the space, very efficient. The central location was wonderful and it was not too expensive. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, especially Theo at checkout. I will definitely consider the Hotel Adler again should I find myself in Zurich.

Staff, comfortable room and good internet speed
It was pleasant though it is a fair bit of walk from the train station. Staff were helpful and attentive and the room was absolutely clean and new and cosy and comfortable.. Even provided with an international adapted when i requested for one.. Breakfast is adequate and overall close to the restaurant, pubs and the shopping street
