Everything was great. Very convenient location, good price, nice staff. The room was clean and nice and the bed super confortable. The room and the bathroom were also very warm, which was great in this cold January nights. The breakfast was also very good, a buffet with different stuff ( eggs, cheese, croissants, yoghurt, cereal, milk etc). It was an excellent choice

Even in times of covid restrictions, the Hotel Agli Artisti manages to keep an excellent atmosphere and very comfortable stay. Everything was excellent and the amenities were generously provided. Perfect location, super close to the train station so you don’t have to carry all of your luggage through Venice but still so close to everything you would want to see in Venice! Very clean modern room, good breakfast with yogurt, eggs, bread, pastries, real coffee, super friendly staff serving it. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is good but the front recpetion staff can be a bit more tourist friendly. There was a long queue at check in due to the slow process. Luggage storage is available but is not kept under surveillance and is open to people coming and going. A bit of a risk when leaving the luggage. Perhaps the hotel managment can improve the storage arrangement

In indeed the hotel is located in the centre location, walkable distance to all kind of public transport: the traditional Gondole drive, water boat, water taxis, train station, bus station. Also, one can easily find lot of good restaurants within walkable distance . We are a family of 4 including two kids. Hotel room was clean (daily cleaning)and comfortable to stay for the family. Breakfast could have been provided with more options. Overall it’s a nice hotel at a nice location.

In my opinion the strongest points are the location and the breakfast. The hotel is very close to the train station, in a calm street but also pretty close to the main attractions, commerce and vaporetto stops. The breakfast is rich, with a good variety and very pleasant staff serving us.

Very good value for money”
Before arriving we were a little bit nervous due to some of the negative, however, fortunately, they didn't apply in our case. Pros: - very well located in Venice, with a 30 min walk distance to San Marco Piazza and a few minutes walk from the airport shuttle bus station - the room was clean and the sheets and towels were changed daily - the room was warm enough - bed was comfortable enough - hot water in the shower - breakfast is buffet style but there are quite a few options to choose from (although, don't expect stuff like avocado or anything like that); note that you need to book a breakfast timeframe in advance when you do the check-in - staff was friendly and helpful Cons: - as others mentioned, the rooms have pretty thin walls and you can hear a lot of noise, especially from outside; i wouldn't recommend this location for light sleepers - Agoda states that the check-in is at 13:00 when in reality it is at 14:00, but that's not that big of a deal All in all, you need to remember this is a budget 3-star hotel, so don't expect more from it.

Incredible value for the price”
This is a truly 3 stars hotel, a decent size room, with a good mattress, a clean and practical bathroom and a decent breakfast (quality over choices, pe: the croissants where so good that i didn't care they dont have sliced cheese or ham) The airconditioning was better than usual and on the hot days of august it was trully a blessing. The room was quiet due to the location and the staff were friendly and helpfull. 10/10 would go back

They said it was full and quickly arrange a room in the hotel on the opposite of the street for us. The room we got was small but cozy and looks newly renovated. The bathroom fits us but Western people may find it a bit too small (But everything in Venice is small I think). The best part of this hotel is its location, it's near the Train terminal and easy to find. Believe me, it would be a pain to find a hotel located in the center of Venice (near S.Marco for example).

This is a little cosy hotel, with very pleasant staff. located within short walking from the train stations. The room is good, not too big, but comfortable and with a good shower, which is very important especially if you are in Venice during the summer. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous!

Iiterally 2minutes from St Lucia station and even less from vaporetto stop, yet in quiet, narrow alley staff very helpful, Italian style breakfast provided. Staying close to station eliminates need to haul luggage around- recommended for first time Venice visitors

The Hotel is very simple, but satisfactory. We loved the location and how great the staff were. The only thing was that the bed wasn’t comfortable and at mornings you could hear everything that was going on in the hotel, very noisy.

The location is just around the Central Tran station. The staff are very kind and friendly. Bit expensive but ideal for those traveling with family as the location is very close to groceries, restaurant, pharmacies and train station. Very Clean and safe!
