Room 902 executive suite is clean except the AC for lounge area is problematic, not cold so we had to open the door of the master bedroom to allow cold air to go in the lounge area. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Encountered a problem with the keycard but the receptionist was quick to help and solved the issue fast. Food is just average, nasi lemak, waffles, cereal etc. Add on breakfast buffet for RM22. Location is awesome! Thanks for the stay!

I travel with my 2 children and when we ask the housekeeping to help clean the room before the schedule, they need to get approval from their supervisor on how much is the rate for the service. I just wonder, why they have to charge guest’s request for housekeeping. Hurmm.
