Almost like a boarding room”

Location is good enough. Sink is leaking all water poured to floor. No housekeeping at all to clean each day. You might get a proper hotel with a little bit more additional budget

No water in the bathroom in the morning. Only one unit of Share toilet/bathroom is in the dining area where guests having breakfast in the morning. Inconvenience as you need to pass through everyone in the dining area to go to the bathroom.

Bilik hotel yang memang tidak memuaskan!! 4 kali tukar bilik sebab aircond panas! Sabar jer lah! Mmg kecewa sangat. Banyak nyamuk. Sangat-sangat tidak selesa. Nampak dari luar cantik tapi dalam hampa. Pintu bilik air rosak. Harap tuan punya hotel ambil tahu sikit pasal hotel ini. Sarapan ok la.

Hotel Budget yang mengerti akan Tamunya”

Waktu kami menginap kebetulan tidak hari libur, jadi pilihan kamar diberi yang terbaik . Yang buat kami sekeluarga senang adalah saat makan pagi, dengan menu bervariasi. Tapi satu kendalanya, ketika membayar di property melalui mesin debit (EDC), dikenakan charge sebanyak 3 persen. Mungkin karena ketidaktahuan pihak hotel, jadi kami terpaksa membayar tunai. Di hotel wisata dengan daerah berbeda, pembayaran dengan EDC tidak lagi ada dikenakan potongan biaya. overall kami puas menginap di hotel yang mengerti kepuasaan tamunya.

ketika sampai diminta untuk upgrade. memang harga murah kamarnya.. namun lebih parah dari kamar kosan.. sprei, bantal bau apek.. saya ada alergi debu.. tidak berhenti bersin. tidak disediakan tempat sampah. peralatan kebersihan hanya ada satu padahal kamar untuk berdua, staff hotel yg sulit dicari, meha resepsionis kosong di pagi hari.
