Great Stay”
A well positioned hotel for a visit to the Alhambra, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar prices were very reasonable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely rooftop restaurant but the service was very haphazard! At times the staff had no clue what we were talking about! Food average with no trimmings

Perfect Alhambra location, excellent value.”
Less than five minutes walk from the Alhambra entrance. Excellent value for money. Easy to get to the town centre.
We stayed here in September 2014. The hotel was comfortable, clean, well serviced and excellent value for money. You will not get fine dining here but the food was good with plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet but don't expect anything to be cooked to order at breakfast time. The location was quiet and perfect for visiting the Alhambra with the main entrance less than five minutes walk away. The Alhambra Justice gate is a further 5 minutes away, giving free access (24 hours a day) to the terraced area between the Fortress and the Palaces. These terraces are a great place to spend a quiet early evening. The location is also good for the town centre; if you do not fancy the 20 minute downhill walk along the quiet shaded walkway to the town centre, there are two bus routes; C3 & C4 (last C3 bus back is at 23:00 and the last C4 is at 21:30 ;cost is €1.20 or 79c if you buy a multi trip bus pass); the little tourist train (€8 for a hop on hop off day ticket) and a well serviced taxi rank (€5 to Plaza Nuovo in the day and €9 at night) all within two or three minutes walk of the hotel lobby. We had a room on the fourth floor which had good views of the surrounding hills. We had a meal one night on the barbecue terrace (accessible from the fourth floor lift lobby). The food, service and views were good. There are also three or four restaurants available close to the hotel. The swimming pool and pool deck (accessible from the third floor lift lobby) were very clean and well looked after. I would certainly be very happy to use this hotel again.

Good located but overrated Hotel”
Location, location and location
The location, very near tp La Alhambra, was about the only very positive feature of this hotel. For the rest it was average. Thanks to wide angle lens photography the swimming pool and rooms of the hotel look huge while in reality they are small. Furniture in room and plumbing are dated. Wifi was bad. The service didn't include free safe (EUR 1,50/day), nor free parking (EUR 15,00/day). Buffet breakfast (EUR 8,00 pp) was ok for early risers as finished food items were not timely refilled. One person at the reception was kind to provide personal help to my daughter, but overall, there was not much enthusiasm to help. I had some problems with the reservation but met only unwillingness from the hotel staff to come to a solution. This is a good 3*** hotel but largely overrated with ts 4**** rating.

It was great to be so close to The Alambra. Breakfast at the hotel was terrible so only ate there one morning. We booked a double room and were given a twin. Location was great as was the pool and shuttle service to Granada.

A luxury in Granada ”
pool, roof-top restaurant, location
The quiet atmosphere, excellent swimming pool and marvelous BBQ dinner of the hotel saved me from the heat of Granada. Bus 30 or the 10-mins walk helped you to travel from the hotel to the busy streets.

Excellent location for visiting the Alhambra ”
Location within walking distance of the Alhambra. Good value BBQ menu on the roof terrace. Has a swimming pool to cool off in ,in the heat of the summer.
We had a triple room that had enough space to-move, walk around in. The room and bathroom were very clean and for a small extra cost their was a safe in the room for valuables. Free Internet was also a plus for my teenage son. Staff were helpful. The hotel car park was small but they had a discount arrangement with the Alhambra car park across the road and we left our car there. Buses run from down the street to all the major sites.

Nice hotel near Alhambra”
location to alhambra, price, staff.
The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the entrance of Alhambra so if you are in Granada just for one night, just to visit the Alhambra this is an excellent hotel. Fair price though hotel it self is a abit old.

Alhambra across the street, car parking”
location, car parking
I was recommended to stay here as it makes a visit to the Alhambra so much easier than most locations. The entrance to the Alhambra is a few minutes walk from the hotel. They have car parking at the hotel, and it can be reached fairly easily from the motorway around the city. There is a shuttle bus down to the city too. Staff were helpful and seem to cope with the endless stream of tourists who stay a night or two. Room was fine, good bathroom. Wifi was particularly efficient in this hotel.

Convenient to Alhambra ”
Good front desk service
Good front desk service and just a hop away from Alhambra. However it's definitely not a 4 star rating and hotel run down with basic amenities but not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Beds are uncomfortable and the blankets too thin, Bathroom doors etc peeling off, Size of room is good though.

On the doorstep of the Alhambra, swimming pool, breakfast
Not in the centre of town
This was a great sightseeing hotel as right next to the Alhambra. This is a little way out of the centre of town but there are frequent buses that you take you there and the Albayzin- which is lovely. It was great having a swimming pool too which I don't think is that common in Granada and the breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly. Would recommend this hotel.
