Pros: Staff is very helpful. They clean the rooms everyday. Location is good its near termini station and a lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is very basic which is fine with me. Cons: i booked a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room. I had a hard time sleeping on the first night because of the smell of the room. Room is kind of dark inside i suggest they change the light to white light. Will still come back though

Booked a quadruple room with breakfast for 4 of us. Location is good, close to ROMA TERMINI. They cleaned the room everyday. In bathroom hot water was not available in all the time. We stayed in room no. 312 opening up on the main road side. Room was not really spacious as expected. Breakfast was very basic in nature. Moreover they didn't provided any receipt for the city tax I have paid in cash over the counter. All other hotels booked through AGODA in Europe, provided me the city tax receipt before I demand for it. This is something fishy about it. Remaining all are ok.

The hotel is old but has excellent location, very close to train station, 7 min walk from shuttle busses to airport, underground.Most of the sight seeing places are within 20 min walk if you want to feel the city walking.The hotel is quite basic, on the pictures look better than it is.There is not hot water, partly warm and internet stops and starts. Better prepare check in for the way back in advance because you can only print tickets there and it was hard to open from the mail the tickets. The woman from the restaurant was very friendly, made us very welcomed. Prepared packed sanswiches for us early in the morning. The breskfast is basic, but tasty. I can recommend only to those who are not very fussy.Basic hotel but the location is the only benefit.For this price was quite reasonable.

The staff were great. Photos make it seem like it is more modern but actually room quite old. The bathroom needs updating- shower curtain way too long for the shower/bath and water takes too long to heat up, toilets very old and flush weak. Two single beds pushed together to make a double.

Close to Termini Station”
The hotel is situated about less than 10 mins walk from Termini station. You can also walk to the most fanous spots like Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and some of the plaza. The breakfast is okay but the pantry was too small and busy and only one lady is working on the kitchen. For the price, this place is okay though the rooms are really old, the bed creeks and has a sad vibe. The ads in Agoda said the room has a bath tub butbit does not. The toilet is super small.

There was no enought pressure in hot water pipes, so showering was a bit of challenge and we were on 1st floor. Ony sweet based breakfast (croissant, butter, marmalade, milk, juice, tea, instant coffee). Small TV and Aircondition in the room, no kettle. Towels, soap and shower gel provided, but no shampoo.

Throughout my travel in Italy, this was by far the worst place to stay. The staff is unprofessional. The room I stayed in had an strong odor of cigarette despite the fact they are non-smoking rooms. In fact, the staff was smoking in the lobby eventhough they had signs for no smoking. The experience was very unpleasant for us. The only good thing is the location. You're close to the train station (Roma Termini). Otherwise you better off in an hostel than staying in this place.

Good place. But very tired rooms and hotel. Online photos are very deceiving and actual room looks nothing like the real one. Good place with easy access to central station. But I would not recommend this to anyone. The hotel should put photos that represent the real rooms. Breakfast is served in a room with three to four tables. I waited for ten minutes and there were no table. The front desk staff was supportive and friendly.
