Firs 2days I spend in my room, which was super decorated, huge, clean with window to a nice garden. These nights was not easy, there was a wedding and party, than bring earplugs or ask for a quiet room. The bathroom is average molded, as in all asian hotels, but an European kind cleaning would help. The breakfast nothing extra, but it is a buffet, than you will find something. When we coming back from our tour and want to eat something, the manager open for us a kitchen and let make for us a beautiful lunch. This treatment was unexpected. At first day we ask for a tour, and the price was reasonable... But because of illness we can't absolve it. Than use them to booking tours. I see the progress in the hotel with daily news, board games, buffet breakfast, but you need to clean the backyard, plant flowers and bamboo to not see what is outside. When you renovate, do it in European way, not in patches. Than your abroad turist will coming. Change back the ad-umbrella to tradicional.

Very nice hotel ”
We stayed 3 nights and we had a good time. We booked a deluxe room with is at the first floor and it very comfortable and large. The receptionist Ei Yadana was very nice, polite and efficient, she booked the ferry tickets for us and a taxi for the day tour of the ancient cities.

A bargain with great beds and a great restaurant. ”
The hotel is on a busy main road which is near the palace but it was so hot we relied on taxis rather than walking. It was a very pleasant place to arrive ay from the dusty bus station and the price belied the high quality of the establishment.

Great place as the location is at the center of Mandalay. Breakfast is better than other hotels. They were renovating the time we booked, so the facilities was a bit old. Just be wary of the bar, as you will hear the live music until 10pm.

If you're OK with street noise”
The water in the shower ran warm but not hot. The staff were very nice and the bed very comfortable but there was quite a lot of noise from the bar downstairs. The breakfast was quite good. I would only recommend it if you want to be near the train station and you can tolerate some music/railroad noise at night.

Enthusiastic staffs, they are friendly and always ready to help but unfortunately, they didn’t understand most of what we say. The reception area is quite hot. The room is good but I think they should add toothbrush, shave, ear stick, head cap in the bathroom. There are some mosquitoes in our room which make us a little uncomfortable. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about. The breakfast is good.

The hotel is dated. The pictures on the web are a bit deceiving. The staff are very friendly like all the other hotels in Myanmar. My room was on the second floor near the lobby and it was near the restaurant outside within the hotel premises. There was a band that played every night until 10 PM. If you have a busy day and would want to sleep early, good luck. But, if you're the type that sleeps late, you'll be fine.

We selected this hotel because 35$/night with the discount proposed. Very big nice room but window right on the restaurant (and live music bar) and on a main busy road. Good buffet breakfast too. At this high standard hotel and paying full price, i would expect more attention to details (wall painting, no bike for free, temperature of water in shower...)

we are 11 persons to stay at the first floor , our room smell bad, not clean at all at second floor , some room is good but some room not good ;no water ,hot air con many time no light in the hotel and we have to wait long time and ask to change the hotel no one can answer what should we do when we have no light in room 'more than 30 minutes' hotel seem good but no good at all if you read this pls change your plan to stay here !!
