Bilik hotel sangat kurang bersihnya. Tuala yang disediakan ada kesan darah. Kami telah menelefon receiptionist untuk penukaran tuala dan telah dijawab oleh receiptionist. Tetapi tuala nya tidak sampai langsung. Breakfast hanya average dan tiada banyak pilihan. Air pada waktu pagi tiada. The room was not very clean. We recieved towels with bloodstain and requested a new one from receiptionist but the towel never came to our room. breakfast was average and there was not many options. There was no water supply in the morning.

Dirty and smelly rooms, dirty++ shits. Extremely noisy as well, there is no sound insulation at all, we barely slept The breakfast is inexistant: the "buffet" consisted in an empty plate and an almost empty plate of cold fried noodles (and we went early) The only bad accomodation experience we had in 3 weeks in Indonesia
