Cozy hotel in Rome”
Very clean, nice staff
Difficulties getting to the room
The hotel is in a very convenient area, just 5 minutes away from the Termini train station. We appreciated the way we were treated by the staff and also the general cleanliness of the room and the hotel. However, we didn't enjoy having to take two different elevators to get into our room, it's a very old building and I understand that it's just the way it is, but...We would also have liked to have a simple wireless connection with a password, instead of having to go through a detailed manual just to get online with the hotel proxy and its nightmare configuration with two different passwords. Overall it was the right choice, the price was fair for what we got.
