A hidden gem”
The hotel room is very spacious, check in was a breeze and the location is excellent, walking distance to many eateries, including railway station and some other old coffee shops, street art etc. They have private carpark which is really good and safe. There is also a bathtub and balcony in the room, which is a big bonus. There is a water cooler at the lobby to refill water which is perfect for us to reduce usage of disposable water bottles. Beds and pillow are clean and comfortable, WiFi is good. We would definitely come back whenever we visit Kluang again!

Friendly staff, Accessible Location, Ample Parking, Very clean room”
I enjoyed the 3 days I spent in Hotel Anika. The room was unexpectedly clean considering this is not a new hotel and although the exterior of the building looked faded, the interior is well-maintained. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is not too bad. The best part of staying in Hotel Anika is that its very accessible and close to all the key places you'd want to visit in Kluang. Some of the places include, Kluang Parade, Kluang Mall, Kluang Coffee Factory, Art Street, and many more.

Nice hotel with carpark included, nighr shift staff was slightly annoying to be served by. Good for the price. Nice mountain view from the balcony.. bathub cleaniness is not execellant but acceptable.

There were helpful staffs around, be it at front desk to housekeeping. All the staffs were friendly and helpful. Room cleaniness was excellent. Overall it was worth the money for the stay & amenities around. A very good location too

Checking in and out was a breeze. The room I got was spotlessly clean, spacious (for 1 person) and with a nice view of Kluang to boot! The hotel is in the middle of downtown Kluang so location is great. Perhaps my only gripe is that the aircon was a little noisy, but it didn't disturb my sleep.

Room was clean with spacious bathroom with tub. Having a fridge was a big plus and bed was comfortable. There is ample free parking located behind the hotel, shared with Starbucks. Plenty of eating places nearby. Best value for money!

Clean, worth the price”
Been to Kluang a few times, not sure why I did not stay here before. It was clean but not 100%, 4 bottles of mineral water were provided (plus point!!), ironing board, hairdryer are all ready in the room. Nearest food joint is McD. Just that room 614's door was not closed properly during my check in, like anyone can enter. So whoever stays in that room, please ensure your door is closed properly! Only realized i too did not close the door properly when i could smell smoke from outside.

Clean, tidy and large room”
Non smoking room is clean, tidy and just great! Aircon feels clean. Toilet with a bathtub seemed small but it’s clean too! I like the floor MOST because it is no longer dusty carpet! Definitely book only this hotel in Kluang.

The best hotel so far!”
My husband and I hesitated to stay here at first since we thought it might be an old hotel, but as our children wanted to enjoy the bathtub, we proceeded anyway. The check in was very fast and smooth. Once we reached our floor, we could smell the fresh paint. When we entered our room, it is as if we were staying at a newly built hotel. It is very beautiful and comfortable inside the room. It is totally worths the money!! But we didn't try the breakfast or any other facilities because we checked in late and was attending a close family's small wedding. Much recommended!

Stop over a night stay during my road trip and it happened to be the best hotel in my trip. The room is big and I am facing the city Car parking is underground directly connect by lift to the lobby. It is secured by gate and safe. The chinese restaurant just beside the hotel serve very delicious food This hotel is my first choice when I am back to Kluang

Clean Room & Strategic Location ”
We were welcomed by the friendly staff. The hotel is situated in the center of the town. You can walk to nearby restaurant to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room is clean. Although we encountered a malfunction light bulb, it was fixed immediately by the maintenance staff.

Stay in room 513 with a king bed. The room is big and clean complete with basic amenities such as a hot shower, TV, WiFi (a bit slow), iron, hairdryer, and also a bathtub! Breakfast serves was very basic such as nasi lemak, fried noodle, bread, fruits, chicken rendang, and drinks. The location is very strategic right in the middle of Kluang town. There are a lot of eating places nearby. Parking lots are also available right in front of the hotel. Looking forward to my next stay.

Location wise is good. I really walk to the well known Kluant Rail station coffee. Parking is limited but the security is very nice, attend to me and suggest me park at spots he can watch for me. Hotel room is clean, no funny smell. Happy stay.

reasonable priced hotel for a family room. Big rooms n clean with double beds. When traveling as a big family this is convenient. There are shops nearby that you can walk to buy bakery, 7/11 mart and shopping for nice cheap materials. Breakfast was decent serving malaysian breakfast . Parking is rather limited.

Please kindly be inform that free parking is provided by the hotel at 3 different venue which is in front of the hotel, at the side of the hotel and basement deck of the hotel but it is subject to availability. Due to Hotel Anika Kluang is located in the middle of Kluang town, which result in limited number of parking space that we have. In the event of hotels parking has been fully occupied, you can park your car in the street near the hotel and notify our security or front desk team, our security team will place a couple of parking coupon at 9.00 am to 12.00pm & 3.00pm to 6.00pm to prevent from getting a parking fine ticket. We shall definitely brought up this matter to our top management. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Best decision ever”
Group of 6, 1 night, 3 rooms. King Deluxe Hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious - all 6 adults could gather in 1 room to chit chat and share food from nearby pasar malam. Room condition seem to be recently painted. There is ample parking on ground level and gated basement carpark. Location wise is very central and close most places. We could even walk to Kluang Mall (seems far on map, but manageable) Cable TV has Astro channels, even live EPL. Aircon for Room 614 tends to turn on and off, a bit noisy. 4 pillows per room, but find them a bit too soft.
