I just felt like home over thr.as I wasn't keeping well and was nervous and panic because I wasn't knowing any one in the hotel but Mr.Ramesh who was thr on the reception he just went out of the way and helped me ,made all the things available ,like medicines,light and non spicy food ,and made sure that I get well soon. The other staff were also goood and co operative . Thanks to each and everyone Special thanks to Mr Ramesh .

Location of the hotel is in a good place, close to the airport. Hotel facilities average, staff very helpful and we'll mannered. Please don't ask the hotel personnel to arrange your vehicle, they charge a good amount of commission and your cost will be quite high.

Room is spacious but not as much I expected while seen in photo here. Hotel is on 2nd floor and there is no lift. Average hotel I can suggest some other hotel.

The rooms are different from what is shown in pic. Facilities are sub par. Rooms are not kept very much neat. Place is shady and staff is drunk at night. Not safe for women.

Excellent stay at hotel. A decent hotel to stay alone as well as with family. Room service was really really good. Food tastes good. Safe & really awesome stay in mumbai at such a reasonable price. Truely deserves a 5 star. Do contact Project Manager Mr. Sameer Khan, he is always there to look after any problem any grievance whatsoever & to sort out those at the earliest (if any problem arises.). I would recommend all to come and enjoy the stay at Hotel Annex Executive at an amazing price.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Annex executive though the approach to the hotel is not pleasant but it's in a prime accessible location, the rooms are very comfortable with remarkable interiors and complimentary breakfast served in the rooms,the decor is amazingservices ,the person at the reception Mr.Sameer was very helpful and prompt even the security guard and cheers to Mr.Amin Pathan (owner-I guess) who was very kind and generously gave us a complimentary drop to the airport since we were late and cudnt get through Uber .transaction.thank you sir me and my family had a wonderful time.

As I arrived at the hotel late evening it was a bit of a surprise since there is not a foyer like we are used to in usual hotels. The hotels in on the 2nd floor of the building but as i entered the hotel floor it was clean, tastefully done, and efficient in service. A solo traveller in a big city, Annexe Executive gave me all I could ask for. Quality stay, attentive and responsive staff, great service and a sense of security. I had a wonderful stay. thank you

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and good delivered to your room breakfast!”
Enjoyed my stay here, the outside of the building looks pretty dirty but it's clean on the inside. Staff has incredibly helpful when I was having trouble with my local SIM and called customer service for me to sort it out. There is also a complimentary shuttle to the airport and free breakfast. Would highly recommend staying here given it's cost relative to the other hotels in Mumbai.

The staff of Hotel Anax Executive - Mr Pathan (GM) and the receptionist was there on duty on 17th Nov evening was very helpful. I was very sick and returned to the hotel on 17th and they arranged their company vehicle to take me to a hospital. Mr Pathan personally took me to the hospital. It was a never forgetting personal help I never expected.

The outlook is dangerous but the rooms are beautiful for a busy business traveller, its centrally located if one is on the corporate travel cause all the corporates are in the vicinity, they take care of the guest very nicely. they don't have restaurant that's the sad part of this hotel as you have to order from room service which they procure from outside and deliver or you travel to nearby restaurants which is expensive in comparison with your stay budget cause they all are in big category hotels. so if you are staying there then you have to have food somewhere and reach to the hotel. if hotel starts the restaurant they will be able to earn good money from there inhouse guest only.

first of all need to mention One thing..during our stay in hotel,we forgot our ring in washroom. room boy has kept it safely, without much tension and hustle we got it back. in a days where it is extreme rare to see such good humans..we are extra grateful to that room service boy. a well appreciation is required for Mr.deepak. Regarding hotel,room were neat and clean...staff are polite and helping.Rooms are well spacious. my overall rating is 4/5.
