Worth every penny”
Pros - The receptionist Jonathan was very helpful and friendly. He speaks good English and very welcoming! The lady who attended us at 4:30am during check out was also helpful. 2 mins walk to Saint George metro station Clean and comfortable. Great window view! Close to cafes and restaurants Nirvana restaurant (halal Nepalese delicious food) nearby. Cons: no a/c, noisy if we were to open the windows coz our room was infront of the road so we couldn’t sleep well.

The staff is nice and helpful, but the room is small and a bit far from shopping area and hop on hop off pick-up. By the way, if you have early morning flight, you can book at the reception and they will pick you up at the hotel.

Excellent location — few steps from Saint-Georges metro station. Excellent staff — very courteous, warm & helpful. Good facilities — it has an elevator, which was convenient for us as we had 4 pieces of luggage. The hotel was a bit old. Also, a bidet would have been convenient.

Basic room with no air con, rude staff named Fassil but central location”
You get what you pay for. Cheaper rates compared to other hotels since everything is expensive in Paris. Rooms are tiny with only the basics (no aircon so it gets hot during the day) but the location is great and close to the metro and La Fayette. I’m not too picky but I got really turned off by their rude front desk staff named Fassil who shouldn’t be working in the hospitality industry. He was already rude when we checked in so I thought he was just having a bad day. The next day, he was still the same— not willing to help and sarcastic. Good thing Jonathan and Samantha, who took morning shifts, made up for Fassil’s uncalled for attitude.

50€ caution still not refunded ”
Won’t go again.! While check-in the staff asked about my credit cart without saying anything and just slided it for 50€ caution wich they could have asked if we preferred to pay cash or by credit card. It was to late so i had to sign the paper . They told me that this caution would be refunded 2 weeks after our check-out . It’s now been 1month and still no refund from them. Tried to email 2times but still no answer !! If they’ve asked we would have paid by cash so there’d be no problem !! Not happy at all

Location good, otherwise disappointed ”
Extreamly disappointed. + Clean room. - Not a comfortable bed - The room is awfully small, much smaller than what you see in pictures. - Hotel is a bit noisy: you can here your side neighbors discussing and upper neighbors walking (parquet cracking on each step). - The night clerks are more like night guards: don't know how to address guests and definitely forgot they are working in a hotel and you are a customer who is paying for a nice stay. - No hospitality experience : you can easily be treated as a thief when asking for the key of your room. - Not a good value : we paid 80euros per night (breakfast excluded) for a disappointing room and hotel staff who deserved 40 euros max for the pitty service. You should definitely look elsewhere before deciding to ultimately book here.

Pros: bedsheets were clean Cons: carpet obviously stained, toilet is old and walls are old.. can tell it’s an old hotel with little refurbishments done. Worst thing is that you can’t store your luggage s at the hotel… the staff asked for us to drag our luggage s down the street to store at a storage. Which hotel doesn’t offer storage services?! Do not recommend

The worst hotel I ever stayed”
This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. Rooms, lift and corridors are very small. Every time when we go out they asked to handover our room key to reception. Usually when we go out we put pad locks to our bags. one day before we went out, we pad locked the bags but forgot to bring our keys , at the time we are not in the hotel, someone opened our bags and put our belongings on the bed and search for valuable things but forgot to kept them back to bags.then we realize someone opened our bag to steal something. we complained this incident but nothing happen.

Terrible experience”
LOST MY CASH HERE. I’m pretty sure I had them when I arrived here the first day, they said I don’t have the proof that I had my cash when I arrived this hotel, there is NO MONITORING in this hotel ANYWHERE, it’s NOT SAFE in this hotel. I put my cash in my passport bag, there are two zips to get my cash. I put this passport bag inside a big bag and left them in the hotel when I went out, so it’s not possible I lost my cash when I walking in the street. The room is VERY HOT and there is NO EXHAUST FAN. Terrible experience ever.

Poor service and faulty TV & Phone”
I would like to bring to your attention of poor service staff that did not respond to my compliant on not working TV & Phone. I stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The 1st day I feedback on TV and phone line. Both not working at all. I feedback every day till to last dat and no action taken. I am very disappointed and unhappy to the service. I would like to ask for partial refund for the list of facilities. This is 1 star hotel.

Staffs are so bad”
Old man who check as in in the evening couldn’t stop talking to his girlfriend even when serving us , his attitude is very poor as if we are disturbing him talking to his girlfriend all the questions I have the answers I know the rooms are small the shower stonework the room has no air condition and extremely hot , my advice is do not stay there.
