Great location but small rooms”
Hotel Anugerah is perfect as a place to stop while in Palembang good for both business and leisure travelers. Near the hotel there is a gift of fast food restaurants and food vendors typically Palembang, namely pempek "candy" is very good. Hotel Anugerah location is very easy to reach from the airport.

Hotel with great location”
Anugerah hotel has a great location, in the heart of Palembang. If you want to go to the famous landmark of Palembang, Ampera bridge, you just need to take trans musi from halte in front of hotel. The journey take for about 20 minutes, depending the traffic. You want to eat pempek? You just need walk 2 minutes from the hotel. So, i think, this hotel really really has a great location.

Restaurant need improvement”
All facilities are good. The only think is service at restaurant need to improve. Crew a bit lazy to clean and prepare table to be use by another guest. Food volume is also need to consider the guest numbers. I have to wait food, spoon and table due to high season. I hope this becomes my favourite hotel in Palembang

Good as usual, I went to Palembang every year for religious purposes, most of the time I chose this hotel. Mainly because it is close to my relatives house, but rather than that, it's only walking distance to traditional and culiner shopping such as Pempek. Nice room, attentive staff.

A pleasant, comfortable hotel”
I would recommend this hotel to friends. Quite a good experience. The hotel is not quite in the centre of town, and with traffic, walking to other restaurants was inconvenient. Still, the hotel cafe served good meals at reasonable prices. Breakfast was basic but OK. Counter staff were able to arrange hotel vehicles for tourist outings and airport drop offs- more expensive than local metered cabs, but convenient.

Nice and comfortable hotel with great service”
i come to the hotel when it was late night. and i'm so glad because the check in process was so quick. i was exhausted that day. the staff brings our bags to our room. when we arrive in front of our room, apparently there was a problem with the card key, so the staff went back to the receptionist while we wait in front of our room. it took long enough till we enter our room. the room is smaller than i expected but it was comfortable. the bathroom was also clean. and the service was excellent. i called the housekeeping to borrow a hairdryer for the next morning but they deliver the hairdryer right away after i called that night. the food was also nice and tasty. overall, i'm very satisfied with the hotel.

An Excellent First Time Experience in Yangon”
This was my first visit to Myanmar. Yangon is the city I know most about from my readings. You hotel was in the spot where I was doing some music interaction, and it was very convenient for me. You have a fine team of workers who are smiling all the time and very attentive. It made the difference.

for this time i stay at this hotel was so bad and dissapointed, because of there is an international event in palembang make increase the hotel rate more than 200 percent. actually this is hotel was good and value for money because the location was good, but hmmm the management should not make the impossible rate.

Located in the city, easy to reach and not that far away from shopping malls. There's even a small McD restaurant directly next to the hotel. They could improve the cleanliness of the bed sheets, though it's not that bad. The window at the room where i stayed was not soundproofed, so light sleepers might need extra precautions.

I feel the hotel is overrated. The deluxe room that we stayed has windows but no view since is facing inwards. Though hotel looks clean, its not new and the pictures shown in agoda look better than real. You may expect the bedsheets, towels and room faclities may not look fresh. On the consolation, service is ok.

Better 3 stars hotel amongst its peer”
Overall it is a good 3 star hotel, and i should say better than all other 3 stars hotels within the area. Too bad it is full booked the next time i wanted to book it, seems like many knows this is better 3 stars amongst others.
