The staffs were extremely helpful. They really went out of their way to make you feel at home.
However, the WiFi is not too reliable.

Ok but not worth the money
Pretty good location, up and coming area which unfortunately meant construction started at 6.30am no chance of a sleep in. If it's just 1 person you get only 1 pillow and blanket even if you've booked a double bed, I find that cheap Rooms are a decent size but don't have aircon so it's extra noisy if you sleep with the windows open Staff are friendly and helpful but honestly I would be staying here again

At such a low price I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Too expensive for what you get
location
only for sleeping was ok. But room was very small and dark. At my first day of arrival there was a guy with flex machine working for 2 hours directly in front of my window...annoying! My door key card was damaged and they charged me 10 Euro for a plastic card. Other than that.

Ignore the bad quality pictures!
Location, Price and Comfort
Very nice place, do not decide whether or not to stay solely on the pictures - they are of quite bad quality. The hotel is quite nice (not extremely modern furnished, but quite luxurious.) The breakfast is big, the staff is very polite and helpful. Very professional. We were upgraded without to the 'apartment' free of charge, which was very nice. Big room with a fridge and kitchen. BONUS INFO: A really cool replica of the bar MacLaren's from How I Met Your Mother is neighbor to the hotel, and for people who likes the series, it is pretty funny to live right beside the bar. (The main character, , lives right above it in the series)

Great place to stay in Berlin
location, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast
This hotel was a great place to stay during our 5-day visit to Berlin. It is in the neighborhood of Friedrichshain, in my opinion one of the coolest and most interesting neighborhoods in the city. The hotel is very conveniently located only about a 5-minute walk from the Frankfurter Tor U-Bahn station. It's very easy to find following the directions on the hotel's web site. Only a two-block walk. The night life in the area is great and there is plenty to do day or night. The breakfast at the hotel is one of the best of any hotel I have ever stayed. Be sure breakfast is included in the price of your room because it's expensive otherwise. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and will do everything they can to make your stay very pleasant. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Berlin.

Very clean, gorgeous breakfast, near cafes
Food, location, cleanliness
My boyfriend and I loved this hotel!! We stayed for three nights. It was lovely - very clean and we had a big room. The shower was hot and powerful, but unfortunately there was not a bath. We really loved the breakfast buffet - it was varied, with lots of healthy options. There was interesting street art on the surrounding streets and quirky cafes. We hired bikes from the hotel for 10 Euros a day (this seemed to be the standard charge). The staff were helpful, friendly and spoke English. They let us store our bags when we arrived before check in and gave us a free map when we arrived too. The hotel is near to a few shops (although we didn't have time to visit any) and the flea market. It is about 5 mins walk to the underground station. I was worried from the pics that the hotel might be a bit tired - but I don't think the pictures don't do it justice! It was great! I would happily stay there again.
