Pros Centrally located. Bus metro and tram walking distance Cons 15 steps before you reach the room. 5 for main lobby, 5 for lift and 5 from lift to the room. Heavy baggage will be hard to carry.

Okay for the price”
I was on a budget and just needed a place to stay, and that's exactly what this place is. It's nothing special. The rooms are small, worn and had a smell of something old/smoke that permeated all my clothes. The "breakfast" was a few pastries, juice, coffee, yogurt, etc. The location was a short walk to the Mairie de Montrouge metro (#4 line). From there, you can get to main attractions easily, just need to switch lines at Chatelet. I only stayed for 2 nights before moving on somewhere else, which was the perfect amount of time. I don't think I'd stay here long term. If you just need a place to stay, aren't picky about luxury comforts, come in with the right expectations, its fine.

No airport transfer or shuttle bus”
When booking with Agoda.com I had filtered my results to show hotels with shuttle transfers. I booked this hotel only due to the fact that it was stated on Agoda.com there was a transfer available from the airport. After calling the hotel and speaking with the receptionist I was told there was no longer this service, by which time it was too late to change my hotel. The day staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, the guy who works on nightshift, not so much. Couldn't even make eye contact when handing over our keys as he was on the phone arguing with someone. The rooms are basic and I was surprised that there is no air-con. The shower was faulty and no longer attached to the wall, which meant having to sit in the bath and shower down. The cleaner of the room was very thorough, great work! Breakfast was basic but enjoyable, left plenty room for eating out in Paris! Overall I found the hotel overpriced for what facilities it offers but fine if you just want somewhere to crash after a busy day.

Great hotel for a longer weekend”
The hotel has great location,you can find there lots of restaurants, shops, markets,... You can enjoy breakfast in the bakery near the hotel, when you will walk to metro station. We were satisfied with our room, bathroom was also good. Just one thing which made me a little bit unsatisfied, the hotel was quite noisy. I mean you've heard the door of neighbours. It was really annoying in the morning. However I would recommend this hotel :) The staff were very nice. thank you

Cheap, but average. Brekkie served early but its only continental, so youll be hungry soon after. No aircon, which it needs. No room safes and no safe at reception; not acceptable these days, its not difficult to get one or both. Close to Metro, close to good bars, traffic noisy (but expected in Paris).

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Distance to other tourist attractions slightly further 1km as per description. Close to metro which convenient for travellers. Dusty at bathroom. Expect bigger bathroom cube and space.

Pegeon hole size of rooms, smelly corridors, no proper signage of the hotel name...”
This hotel's entrance is right on the street & while driving u can hardly see the name. We spent 15 mins just going around the same building where hotel is located but no name written clearly. Finally had to use roaming call to ring hotel reception to find the hotel. There is indoor parking but staff wudnt agree to give that and make u park on street. Then warns u of ur car getting towed. But the locals around said parking on weekends is free. The stairs to the room so congested and there is no help from the staff if u carrying any luggage. Basically this hotel makes u feel u hv got the cheapest price on Agoda so u dont deserve any other facility or service...They dont like guests who come thru Agoda. Go book better hotel at much cheaper price than this one. I got twin room w/o breakfast for £38. Which is still higher compared to other hotels in same location.

Not good to stay with family ”
I was stayed with family but not getting any facilities at all and the biggest problem which I faced that, room heater was not working and nobody came to fix the issue after complain repeatedly. He came at night 1:20 am to check the heater problem which is not acceptable at all and due to late night checking my baby was awake near about whole night and she was crying continuously. Is this value for money? Also, breakfast was not good and other facilities, I have to talk on each time to provide. I am not recommending anyone to stay the hotel. Also picture and the room facilities are huge difference.

Hotel jest w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do stacji metra. Zdjęcia wystawione na stronie są oszukane. Pokój tragiczny, śmierdzący, zasłony brudne z dziurami. Łóżko skrzypiące. Ściany brudne, obdarte. Łazienki to koszmar, pleśń na sylikonach , wanna brudna, fugi czarne itd.. Śniadanie ciągle to samo. Ogólny wygląd budynku to jeden wielki brud i smród. Ja bym nawet nie przyznała jednej gwiazdki, a hotel ma niby aż 3!! Nie polecam !!!
