Best location ”
We have travelled to Chitose so many times and every time our first choice will be areaone due to the hotel is located nearby the chitose train station (not that tiring when travelling during winter and have to drag the luggages on snow), this hotel offers free send off to airport, has a sauna bath and the best is free flow of hot beverages, areaone is definitely the best choice.

Around 10 minutes walk from JR Chitose. Hotel provide free shuttle to airport which is good. twin bed room was spacious than most of the other hotel in Japan. Hot spring was small and can only accomodate 2/3 pax at a time. Overall still good

we stayed here as it was much cheaper than staying at the airport. Was an easy walk from the train station. Quite an old hotel, is in well need of an update. The room and amenities were fine for the price but next time id stay elsewhere.

i highly recommend this hotel for travellers who have early departure from Chitose Airport. The staff at the counter was really helpful and the airport transfer driver was really punctual and very helpful too. He helped us to handle our luggage carefully. The room was very clean and quite spacious for Japan spec,the toiletteries were so nice and complete.I really i liked it. the location was really easy to find and near to the bus stop.I highly recommend this hotel especially for those who tarvel by bus in Hokkaido. tq Areaone Chitose for the great stay and service. Hotel AreaOne Chitose is a very charming and cosy little hotel. The room is comfortable for the four of us adults. It has separate tatami bedroom and living room. Because it is a small hotel, it is not crowded and you get lots of privacy in the public hot bath and chances of being alone in the bath is very high. Location wise, it is just a station away from the airport and there is a free shuttle to the airport in the morning. Very convenient.

We choose Areaone Hotel for our last day accommodation in Hokkaido because of location which is near to Chitose Airport. Feel surprised to get free upgrade to Japanese Room. The room's atmosphere was so nice. outside the room, there is a Japanese garden and also public bath at the same floor. This hotel also provide free shuttle service to Chitose Airport starting from 615AM. No worry to miss the flight! I

Stayed for 2 nights and upgraded to Japanese style room”
We booked a double room for 2 nights but when we checked in, they informed us that they upgraded our room to Japanese style room. The said room was so big and made our stay a relaxing one. Very near the Chitose JR line station, and they have free shuttle from the hotel to airport ( you just need to book in advance). This is my second time with Hotel Areaone (same branch) and still no regrets with their kind of service. I will definitely recommend this to everyone and of course will surely book this hotel once I’m in Hokkaido again.

Great place for a relaxing stay before flight”
Staying at Hotel Areaone was a good experience. The most impressive thing was the unexpected spacious twin room. Room price is reasonable. Buffet breakfast was also good with reasonable price. Shuttle to airport was available and it definitely a value added service. Some appliances are available for self-borrowing which was a warm arrangement. The only thing need to improve was the room key leaving arrangement: it was too easy for customer to get the room key I.e. just spoke out the room number, it raised a security concern.

Convenient stay for airport transfer”
Hotel Areaone Chitose is centrally located hotel, it is convenient to JR station and dining area by walking distance. The most impressive is the buffet breakfast, it is important for early flight traveller before departure. And the airport transfer service is also appreciated, it is a good stop for early or late flight passenager to have rest and have a little shopping in the outlet mall in Chitose.

Convenient business hotel with low room rate”
We have encountered heavy snow in Hokkaido and are forced to stay at Sapporo. Hotel Areaone Chitose's staff are friendly and helpful, who can speak a little bit of simple english. The room was cozy with low price. Free shuttle bus service was provided in the morning. In overall, it was a good choice to stay at this hotel if you want a place near Chitose airport.

If you catch early flight next day, this hotel is recommended for you. They provide free shuttle to airport as early as 6.15 am. Just 200m from JR Chitose Station, it is easy for you to pull your luggage if you come from Sapporo city by train. Big AEON Mall is also just 200m away, and perfect for you to do your last shopping & to wrap-up your holiday. Unlimited coffee is served at the lobby.
