A little run down and dusty but at a convenient location, what more can you ask for that price?”
It was the second time I stayed in Areaone hotel but this one in Okayama was slightly dusty and run down, for that price with well facilities in place and opposite to Mega Aeon mall and Donki, what to complaint nonetheless! It was a little far away from the train station but we are boys so we are ok. We travelled from Yonago, so we had lots of clothes to wash. There was a laundry room and next door to it were vending machines selling noodles and drinks as well as microwaves, with Aeon supermarket next door that was how we got creative when washing our clothes, especially the first day with heavy snow on the way and long delay, we were tired anyway. The bathtub was a little small as well. I like the most is the free coffee mix and green tea bags, of course, microwave! We had a pleasant stay. If you are one of those who needs to have a perfect hotel that treated you like a king, then this one is not for you. But if you are self-serving person like we are, then this one is quite ok!

Location was very good.Opposite Aeon Mall 0kayama. About 5 min walk from Okayama station pass Takashimaya and Donqui. Room quite small but bedding was comfy.Breakfast was good.You can walk to ride the tram to Okayama Castle.

They were very accommodating to keep our luggage a day before our check-in so we could go on a day trip first. Walking distance of JR station, shopping malls and even the Okayama castle if you don't mind walking a bit more (~25 min). The room was a bit small for 2 persons, but comfortable and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful.

It was between 10-15 minutes walk from Okayama station. the room was okay, not that spacious for two people but we managed. It had all the necessities needed.

Direct linkway from Okayama station. Directly opposite AEON Mall ( which you can settle ur shopping , food and everything). Generally hotel is a bit old, but is clean. Just hope the lights are brighter... other than that location is super good.

the hotel is in the best location in okayama, very much just a small cramped space in a old room, but if you arent picky and just want a place to sleep then I'd reccomend it off the cheaper price alone.

I was bited by bedbug. I had many spot > 10 spots at leg , 4-5 spot at hand , forearm Had 2 spot at forehead , neck Now not improved that i already apply steriod cream at spot but not improved

Room dim and dirty”
Room is very dim, lightings no good. Initially was given a room where main light not working, the staff was kind enough to change room. The lights are also dim in second room. There were dirty stains on the wall and moss in toilet. The corridor is very dark. The location is good and breakfast is also nice.
