Amazing hotel in every espect! Clean rooms Multiple options breakfast with daily different deserts. The staff is incredibly nice and professional and will do literally Everything to make your stay comfortable!! My sister hat 18 birthday, so before midnight we received a free room service with champagne and chocolate!!! Great location! Everything is close! The spa is awesome! A little but pricy but worth it on a rainy day. As a person who travels a lot, I would give the hotel 10/10.

The perfect stay”
The staff here are so friendly and welcoming! This was our first trip to Rome, my husband, 13 year old daughter and myself. We had a deluxe triple room which was very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and great linens. The bathroom had a wonderful shower and they provide all of your toiletries in case you forget something. If we needed anything - a taxi, a Covid test location, etc. they were happy to provide it immediately. At breakfast, the staff are a joy to talk to and they welcome you like family. Salvatore especially! The breakfast spread is very diverse with everything from eggs to bacon to bruschetta to cheesecake! Plus many healthy options. It was an absolute delight to stay at Hotel Artemide. We didn’t want our trip to end. I’d stay again any time I’m back in Rome and will recommend it to anyone who’s going. Thank you for making our stay so great and unforgettable!

5* experience in a 4* hotel ”
Stayed at this hotel as part of our 2 week road trip holiday in Italy. This was our 6th hotel out of 7 we had booked for the holiday and was the best of the lot. It all started with a fantastic check in experience - the staff couldn’t go further out of their way to help. We received 2 vouchers for Prosecco to have on their roof top bar and we were then shown to our room on 6th floor (#623) which was one of their basic double rooms. Although small we were more than happy with it as it was super modern and everything felt new. The drinks in the mini bar were included which was a nice touch. Bathroom was super good and modern with really good lighting. Beds were comfortable but pillows could have been better. After our 3 nights stay (21-24 August 2022) here’s my overall view: Breakfast - best of all the hotels we stayed at, the choice was fantastic with a good mix of hot and cold food. Pastries were lush and really made the hotel stand out from all others Customer service - outstanding, with a particular callout for the breakfast restaurant staff and the manager who kept bringing us treats (wears a white jacket) Location - very central and located on a good street. It’s only a short walk from major tourist attractions (eg colosseum), the main train station and top notch restaurants. Bedroom - beautifully furnished and very functional. Mini bar included. Only downside is air conditioning wasn’t good. It was either too hot or too cold. Overall we will definitely stay at this hotel again and now we’re back in Dubai writing this review we can honestly say it was the BEST HOTEL experience of all seven hotels we stayed in

We are sorry that you have missed the opportunity to have a night of better sleep by choosing from the different pillows we provide. It is saddening that the note we leave on the bed explaining the possibility of changing the pillows and mattress was ineffective. We will strive to make it more visible. As for the air conditioning, each room is equipped with a room thermostat through which each guest can independently decide not only the temperature degrees in the room but also the level of airflow from the fan coils, as well as the dehumidification. We assume that it was not clear how it works, and we are sorry because if we had known it during your stay, we could have provided you with all the details for tailor-made comfort. The staff couldn’t do enough to help us! From taking packages to our room, making sure we had a taxi available, showing us how to get places…the breakfast staff goes above and beyond, making sure you have a great breakfast! Pasquale (think that is his name) in the breakfast room is a sweetheart..I can go on and on. 5 stars for sure! Thanks you Hotel Artemide for making our time in Rome a great one!!

Wonderful hotel! ”
We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Artemide hotel. The reception staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful- they even helped with USA mandatory Covid testing ( for reentry). The breakfast was wonderful! Breakfast staff very friendly and attentive! We also at at the restaurant on roof terrace. Meal was great but staff not as friendly snd welcoming as breakfast and reception with the exception of the bar staff, specifically Marcelo ( not sure if I got the name correct). He was not only friendly, but also an excellent mixologist! He asked me what cocktails I like snd then invented a new one just for me! The room was very nice ( comfort room), comfortable bed and very nice bathroom.

Fab hotel! ”
Great customer service, bottle of wine in our room upon arrival for our anniversary, free drink in roof bar and half price voucher for the spa. The room was perfect, facing the busy street, but no traffic noise. Lovely spacious bathroom and big comfortable bed. Mini bar replenish free every day. The hotel is in the perfect location for local amenities and transport links. Easy walk to coliseum and trevi fountain and many other beautiful churches.

Perfect”
The hotel is within 15-20min walk of most attractions. It is located 10min walk from the train station. It is a quiet area so no noise at night. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. The room felt newly decorated and very clean. Free mini bar was added bonus! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I visit Rome again. Thank you!!

Hotel Artemide a must when Rome ”
Staff were excellent, left memorable moments with you. Giving something personal, more than just good service, a feeling that you are important and they are enjoying to be there to enhance your Rome experience. Rooms are small, but in comparison with Venice, they were huge. Beds (mattress and pillows), 5 star. Free minibar. Location, location, location!!! Close to the attractions and Rome station. Breakfast a must!!! Spa etc excellent. The only negative is the Top-floor Restaurant. Excellent service but average meals and rather pricey. Thus: Affordable, location, service…even if it’s your 3rd Rome trip…a must to try!!!

The Hotel Artemide is not just one of the of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, but the service is fantastic and they catered to me and my fiancé every step of the way. We do not speak a lick of Italian but with the help of the hotel staff we where able to navigate and travel the city with ease. A beautiful hotel, situated within walking distance of some of Rome’s most spectacular landmarks. Nothing is too much trouble for the super-friendly staff who oversee the clock-work perfection of every detail down to the tasty Italian treats that they offer guests at breakfast. The rooms and extremely clean, quiet and the bed linen takes the word soft to a whole new level. The roof-top restaurant is absolutely wonderful with gastronomic delights to satisfy all. Will almost certainly stay here again on my next visit.

Great location, staff and facilities. Breakfast was amazing. Their onsite restaurant Ambrosia is another story. Served me days old microwaved chicken that was dried to the point of looking like a sardine!!! Wish I could add a picture of how disgusting it was. Other than that great stay!!!

Fantastic Hotel!!”
Had a great time. Hotel is centrally located & easy walking distance to a lot of major sites. Breakfast was amazing. Pasquale and the rest of the breakfast staff were very attentive and sought to please everyone - a reflection of Pasquale’s great leadership and management. Made us feel like family and can’t wait to return.
