Great summer stay with 2 kids”
So glad I booked an air conditioned stay in Paris since the temp was 101F when we arrived mid-June! Also, the location was very convenient to all of the popular sites with metros stations nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very clean.

Amazing location and fabulous staff ”
We stayed one night but booked for two- staff were super friendly and accommodating with our delayed arrival. Excellent location with great restaurants, bakery, and groceries near by. 4 bed room was spacious, comfortable, and lovely cold air conditioning, with newly renovated bathroom. Construction/renovations next door a bit noisy and wifi signal weak at the top floor otherwise a perfect stay- would recommend and would love to visit again.

Clean 👌 place 👌”
It was a good place to stay for 3 days. The hotel is not exklusive but for our trip that was not important. We didn't stay much at the hotel but it was clean and cozy. We had a room with 2 double beds for family of 4 (kids age 6 and 11).The staff arranged and clean the room every day. We arrived in the morning and the staff was helpful with keeping the languages for us until 2 o'clock when was the check in time. The same it was with the last day when we had the flight late in the evening and they could kept the languages after check out. The place is less than 5 min walking distance from the Opera and the bus transport RoissyBus from the airport stops exactly there. The metro station Quatre Septembre is 2 min way from the hotel and there are a lot of cozy plases to eat around. The neighborhood was with a lot of asian restaurants 👌. We got a map from the hotel which was really helpful for the metro stations. The Louver museum is a walking distance and the famous shopping centrum LaFayette (nice view from the roof) was also walking distance. We hade a great trip to Paris and we will definitely come back. I hope this is helpful for the future tourists.

Best location and friendly staff”
We stayed at the Hotel Ascot Opera for 3 nights and the location is excellent. Few minutes walk to many pubs and restaurants. Also close to the train and bus stations so as to make our life much more easier especially we have 2 young kids. We booked the family room and perfect layout for our 2 kids with us but don't expect to open 2 large luggages at the same time. Staff are very nice and friendly.

Acceptable”
Good location, very closed to Louvre museum and Opera(about 15 min). The room was so unsatisfactory , tiny triple room at the 3rd floor, we and our suitcases did not fit into this room. I telephone to the reception and Mrs Charles reply me “ Welcome to Paris my dear, here all the rooms are the same , if you want I can take your baggages to other room” I answer him that I need our suitcases and his answer was utterly rude: “if you can find a solution to your problem, I cannot did anything” and after this behaviour i close the telephone. Also the breakfast was very disappointing and they charged it extra 15€ per person.

Worst service ever ”
Hotel room is old and small. Aside from this, there is a male staff which we encountered for the two mornings of our stay there, he has the worst attitude a service line personnel Could ever have. Or maybe We are unlucky to meet him. Very rude and unfriendly. Not helpful at all. We nearly miss our flight because the hotel didn’t book the taxi we asked for the day before. Waited almost an hour with no cabs and the rude staff told us there’s nothing he can do but we just have to book our own Uber. This hotel just spoil our image of Paris and the people there. Never will be back

Love This Hotel”
I love this hotel and the owners. It's typically French, so if you are a seasoned traveller you should understand. The room was cleaned on a daily basis, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, all at a very resonable rate. They also have another property around the corner on rue St Agustine that is equally as nice. There are many options for boutique hotels in Paris and I have added the Hotel Ascot Opera to my list of "go to first" options for this area of town.

Great location, great staff, and clean room”
It was a wonderful stay. The hotel room is small, but comfortable and clean. Locationwise, it's excellent since it's only a minute walk to the Metro, and a short hoo away From Paris' main attractions, such as Louvre, Opera, and Galeries Lafayette.

Exceptional”
Cozy room but well laid out. Not many hotels in Europe can offer you a room that fits a family of 4. Bathroom was surprisingly large. The staff were all super friendly. Easily walk to Opera metro and other bus stops. Many eateries nearby. 10 minutes to walk to the Louvre. Incredible.

Other than the very convenient location which is walking distance to most attractions, the staff were very accomodating making my trip very convenient. Brilliant. Very helpful, friendly staff. Wonderful location. Will definitely go back. As with any small hotel you can hear the water running In neighbouring rooms and doors slamming but that is the same the world over.

nice old hotel with perfect location, unfortunately the room is really small, I asked for a bread and coffee from the menu at the room in the afternoon and they said I can't order it because they serve it in the morning. With more improvement in the hospitality the hotel could be better.

Family Room is not a family room”
It is unbelievable the family room is meant a double bed room with additional two folding beds. With the additional two bolding beds, the room looks very small.
