Happy to return to Japan after the border opened. This is one of my favourite hotel in Osaka. Cleaned room, reasonable price, walkable to Namba shopping area. Quite at night

The location is excellent, on the Kuromon shopping street. Easy access to everywhere. Room is clean, quite. bed and pillows comfortable. Very kind and helpful staff, will stay again, if I visit Osaka again. Highly recommend!

Strongly recommend this Asiato htl to everyone. Superb location, walking distance to Namba station, easy access to tourist spot. Simple but Nice breakfast. Can enjoy your own time w cup of coffee or tea at lobby coffee station at anytime. Me?? Sure we be back to Asiato htl w their very attractive best room rate.

-Staff speak english very well They have 24 hr coffee bar and 07:00-09:00 self easy breakfast (hotdog) : I weren’t try because I woke up late ;P . -near kuromon market . I think it is inappropriate for traveller who like night market / walking street at night since kuromon market closed at about 18:00 . -room is standard clean . Normal size at this price : maybe too small for european

Recommended and best location for Solo Traveler”
Great location easy to find, just near the Kuromon Market and Nipponbashi Station, walking distance to Dotonburi Street. Stayed there 2 nights, value for money. Exceptional Breakfast! have many choices of food to choose from, Attentive receptionists. Very clean facilities. Will definitely book again when I'm on Osaka.

Very near in shopping district ”
The window of the room that was given to us cannot be open, it was locked. However, the bed was comfortable. The room temperature cannot be control as well because it was centralize so there were times that temperature was too hot and at morning was too cold. Right outside the hotel was Kuromon Market. The hotel was very affordable and shopping districts and subways were walking distances. Staffs were polite as well. Overall for value and location, this hotel is 5 stars.

Small room, nice breakfast”
Room and bathroom are too small and packed for 2 people. Even one suitcase cannot be fully opened. Very hard to pack and walk. Location close to train/subway station. Free breakfast and lounge bar is very nice. Staff is well-trained and pleasant to talk to.

The hotel is clean. But the cleaning person keep forgetting things. Like forget towel the first day, and slippers the next day. It is right at the entrance of KUROMON MARKET. However, its far from the subway station. Front desk is very nice and provide free luggage storage.

Not too bad a place however it was a very warm day and the aircon was locked to heating setting bed too soft for my own comfort. slightly aged room
