Great hotel!! Clean , Good breakfast, close to transportation, great service staff was very friendly and helpful .I stayed with 2 children ,beds were comfortable ,good internet Access .I would recommend this hotel for anyone .

A cute little boutique hotel”
A cute little boutique hotel. I would definitely stay again. The bathroom was extremely small but OK given I was a solo traveler. The hotel is very clean & in a great location.

well interiorized”
This hotel is located in district 8 and relatively feels safe! Metro station Rome, and several supermarkets(Monoprix, Franprix, Carrefour City) are all near. Also, it is well and warmly interorized, and the lobby lounge is good!

Old hotel, unreliable electrical outlets”
Decent hotel location, rooms are old. All our electrical outlets didn’t function on the 2nd day. Man at the front desk wasn’t apologetic about it and expressed there’s nothing they can do. They wouldn’t transfer us to another room. All they offered was to use the electrical outlets at the reception. Such a hassle. No compensation was given. Redeeming factor was the Cafe Staff are wonderful! Tej, Arleen, Merly really took exceptional care of us.

Wonderful ”
I love this hotel. It’s tucked away on a residential street filled with children, dogs and instruments makers. Mostly wind and string. There are two restaurants on the street other of which I recommend. Turning left from the hotel and go to the end of the block. There is a pharmacy, a bakery and a bar!! Go around the pharmacy (Paris streets resemble spokes on a wheel. Sometime getting somewhere it’s not so much a right or left angle but a curve.) and there a grocery store with a nice selection. Check in was easy and very friendly. Elizabeth was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. The hotel is was going through some renovations which wasn’t a hindrance. We stayed in room 423. It had an interior courtyard view. Regulating the room heat required opening the windows but I love fresh air so no worries. The room was small and by that I mean there wasn’t any room to spread out the luggage. But that really didn’t bother me because the bed and bathroom were large with bathroom counter space, shower and bathtub. There were plenty of electrical outlets, a small fridge stocked with FREE drinks, a safe and kettle with an assortment of coffee and teas. Tv has several English speaking news programs, Spanish news, German soups and French programming. Check out was easy. Just had to pay for the city tax and we were done. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!!

Clean, modern, helpful, reasonable”
We booked this hotel online with ease. I emailed them a few days later asking if they provided a tranfer service from the airport to the hotel. They emailed be back straight away saying they did not however, they did offer a service from the hotel to the airport. We did avail of this for our departure as it was private and reasonably priced. This hotel is conveniently located a few blocks away from the Rome train stop with restaurants, bakeries, cafes and convenience stores a short stroll away. We obtained this advice from the staff (Boy and Tej) at the breakfast room (where we never had breakfast - they were just so much more helpful with directions and advice). The room was very clean and modern. We enjoyed the infusion of color as the weather was rather dreary during our stay. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to install either a curtain or a divider between the bathtub and the rest of the bathroom so you don't wet the entire area during your shower. It would also be nice to install a little ramp from the lobby up to the elevated portion of the hotel so you don't need to carry your luggage up the steps.

Absoluetly loved the decor in this hotel. Room was well decorated and very cozy. Location was suburb and close to 2 metro stops. This will definitely be my hotel of choice is Paris.

nice hotel with a good location”
The hotel location is nearby Rome Metro Station. And it provide shuttle to Airport (for euro per person). For shopping its nearby Champs de elysee area (only 4 or 5 metro station away, you can go there in 10 min). The minus thing is, the Wifi signal strength was not good, too weak. For food, i didnt have chance to try, because i booked without breakfast.

Comfortable and Quiet”
Location was great, within walking distance of various metros, cafes and grocers. A little near the red light district but everything was fine. Staff was super helpful and friendly, rooms were big by Paris standard albeit it being housed in an old building. Corridors are very narrow but not much of an issue. Recommended!

Excellent value for money.”
We had two adjacent rooms although small they were adequate. It had a 'fridge which was good but like most Europe hotels no tea/coffee making facilities. They made up for this by providing free soft drinks, tea/coffee and snacks from 1 to 7.30pm each day - can't complain about that as it followed a free continental breakfast with some hot food. Climate control in room worked well. Easy to walk to city attractions like the Louvre, Moulin Rouge or for City Rama. Also Metro very close for excursions further away. Would stay again.

so many paris hotel are terrible, but this one was nicely appointment and newly renovated. clean, comfortable with free internet and comfortable beds - i was pleased. ordered room service, a eur 15 club sandwich that took 40 mins to come, which looked like it was bought at the corner store. serves me right, you should be going out to eat in paris. windows are double-paned (i think) so noise wasn't an issue, and my room was an acceptable size, although i think it was on the bigger side (according to the emergency exit map on the door). only real issue is that it's far from the action - you'll have to take the metro (rome is the stop) which is a 10 minute walk away. overall it was a positive stay, good for business travelers.

Very clean but also very noisy”
the hotel is conveniently located 2 mins walk from the rome metro station. the staff spoke excellent english and were all very helpful. the hotel offers a shuttle bus to the airport. this was excellent value (17 euros) and safer than the crazy local taxis! the rooms are small (i am told this is typical of paris hotels) but clean. you also get 24 hours free wifi. the only problem we had was that the walls were quite thin and it was very noisy at times, especially very early in the morning, when the staff were cleaning the lobby. this may have been because we were on the ground floor though, the other floors may not be so echoey.

It was very convenient to get around as there are 3 train stations nearby. When I was tired, I could easily go back to the hotel and rest before walking around again. The staff was very friendly, helpful and always served with a smile. The room size was not huge, but not cramped either, eveb the bathroom. Very comfy bed too!

It was horrible the hotel rooms are tiny with a bad bed. The toilet door won't fully open and the lighting is 3rd grade. The lift is noisy and 20Euro for a small bread breakfast makes the paris rip off look like a buffet. There is also no air control in the hotel rooms and windows won;t open

Nice hotel with small rooms”
Quite nice little rooms. Walls seems to be little thin because of noise from other rooms and corridor. No traffic noise at all, because our room was inner side of building. Althought there was almost no traffic at all that hotel street. So I think those rooms on that street side are free from traffic noise also.
